Special Containment Procedures
RSCP-028 should be specially contained in the Great Bloxian Reef in an underwater cavern south of Bloxington Island. The exits to the cavern are to be sealed off. Standard media suppression tactics are to be applied while the sealing of the cavern exits and entrances is performed. Any signs of a containment breach on the special containment site must be reported to the special containment site director.
Description
RSCP-028 is a large, Megalodon shark from approximately 58 million years ago. The Megalodon has survived the extinction of its species. A Foundation experiment divulged that firearms and large artillery were not able to impact the creature significantly. It is 51 studs (14.28 meters ) in length and 47 ( 13.16 meters ) in height. RSCP-028 has the ability to levitate and breath on-land for about 24 minutes. It is most likely that RSCP-028 ate the remaining survivors of the extinction, then proceed to consume modern-day sea animals for centuries. Incidents related to RSCP-028 popped up in the late 1990's, with the first incident relating to a fishing boat with 13 Robloxians on board suddenly disappeared in daylight with two Robloxian witnesses reporting "A big thing came out of the water and we looked behind us to see that someone fell, and when we turned back the creature that came out of the water disappeared along with the boat." The number of incidents correlated to RSCP-028 grew, with more sightings in the early 2000's until late 2010, when an expedition was made by The Foundation using Gamma-6 units.
Expedition Log
3:08 AM: The main boat reported a strange object, presumably RSCP-028, on the thermal vision. RSCP-028 swooped by a coral reef.
3:12 AM: The cameras set up in the coral reef showed RSCP-028 obliterating the Great Bloxian Reef's coral and feasting on modern-day sea animals, particularly fish. One depth charge was detonated by accident, breaking some portion of the Great Bloxian Reef while awakening RSCP-028.
3:14 AM: RSCP-028 finds Squadron Beta's submarine as prey. The last words heard from the radio on Squadron Beta's boat were "OH GOD!" and were from a team member.
3:30 AM: After having to cope with 16 minutes of no significant activity, Squadron Alpha leaves the main boat and dives towards the destroyed coral reef, where they find the remains of Beta units and pieces of the submarine.
3:31 AM: Squadron Delta reports a large object, presumably RSCP-028, in the water moving swiftly towards Squadron Alpha. RSCP-028 takes a right turn near the main boat, causing the main boat to fly up into the air before being destroyed while it was on the way down.
3:33 AM: All squadrons return to the boat, now aware that the RSCP-028 must now be rendered unconscious in order for the special containment procedure to be implemented successfully. Three squadrons arrive (Epsilon, Zeta, and Eta) to serve as reinforcements.
3:45 AM: RSCP-028 continues to attack the boats and ■■■■ apart the ships and the Robloxians inside.
3:56 AM: Squadron Zeta fires depth charges at RSCP-028, rendering RSCP-028 unconscious. With RSCP-028 unconscious, special containment procedures can now be applied and implemented successfully.
4:34 AM: RSCP-028 still remains unconscious by the time containment teams arrive, which later put it into a special containment site that is disguised as an underwater cavern. They later seal the exits/entrances of the site. RSCP-028 was declared successfully contained shortly after.
Addendum:
In August 10, 2013, RSCP-028 was rumored to have breached the underwater cavern in the Great Bloxian Reef used as a special containment site. It then was reported to have proceeded to destroy a nuclear submarine's hull by ramming into it. The Foundation went on another expedition to attempt to save a nuclear submarine crew, but The Foundation turned back to learn that there was no containment breach and there were no nuclear submarines with their hull rammed into. The personnel involved in this false alarm were later restrained and removed by the Foundation for misinformation.
In August 10, 2018, a Foundation personnel with at least 400 billion ROBUX meets a Foundation personnel to visit an underwater Foundation research facility called Telamon Mana One. The Foundation personnel and a female Robloxian also a member of the Foundation personnel supervise a mission to check on Site-13. The mission submersible is piloted by a Foundation personnel accompanied by two Foundation personnel serving as scientists. They discover an abundance of flora and fauna near the underwater cavern. RSCP-028 in the underwater cavern breaches special containment and attacks the submersible, causing the submersible to lose contact with Telamon Mana One. One Foundation personnel hires the personnel who caused the false alarm five years ago to attempt a rescue despite the objections of another Foundation personnel, which is now a member of the Telamon Mana One crew, citing that the personnel has been responsible for misinformation five years ago. The personnel later recruits the former restrained and removed personnel, who are initially skeptical but relents after The Foundation promises them not to disperse any more misinformation. The Foundation personnel attempts the rescue in their absence but the submersible is attacked by Tentacles. Before Tentacles can crush the submersible, it is killed by RSCP-028. The Foundation personnel, having agreed to help, visits the surrounding area of Site-13 and finds the sunken submersible. RSCP-028 returns and attacks the submersible before the evacuation has been completed, killing one Foundation personnel.
A female Robloxian as Foundation personnel reports RSCP-028 back on Telamon Mana One. The Foundation personnel realizes that RSCP-028 followed them and suggests tracking RSCP-028 and later detonating depth charges RSCP-028 to render it unconscious. After RSCP-028 destroys three nearby ships in the Telamon Sea, Foundation personnel enter the water to shoot RSCP-028 with a tracker, then the team puts the female Robloxian in a shark-proof tank so she can control the detonation of the depth charges. However, the mission goes awry when RSCP-028 breaches the shark-proof tank, eats the remnants, and cracks the female Robloxian's suit, causing her to lose oxygen. Foundation personnel gets the female Robloxian out just as RSCP-028 returns, though it gets snagged on the cage's line and is rendered unconscious from the depth charges. The Foundation were forced to update the RSCP's Multiple parameter from Possible to True when a second, much larger RSCP-028 instance emerges, devouring the primary RSCP-028 instance, critically wounding a Foundation personnel, and destroying the Foundation's ship. The critically wounded Foundation personnel then dies. Another foundation Personnel swims out to a floating lifeboat so he and the crew can regroup at Telamon Mana One, though another Foundation personnel dies on the way. RSCP-028 is then deterred by a Foundation helicopter while it is chasing Telamon Mana One.
The Robloxian government is informed that RSCP-028 has been containment breached. However, the Robloxian government refuses to help out. In disbelief, the Telamon Mana One crew resolve to track and kill RSCP-028 themselves. RSCP-028 then attacks the beaches of Bloxington Island, killing beach-goers. RSCP-028 then is lured away from Bloxington Island by The Foundation, who use a pseudo-shark call. Having been tricked by The Foundation, RSCP-028 then is fatally wounded and rendered unconscious by a depth charge, and attracted by the spilled blood, 2-5 sharks approach and attempt to devour the unconscious RSCP-028 instance, but were suppressed when the RSCP-028 instance was sent back to the underwater cavern and was resealed. The Foundation's Gamma-6 Mobile Task Force, with a R5 member's permission, take a vacation in Bloxington Island.
