RSCP-024's massive cocoon must be specially contained in a city storage unit in Liberty County.
Description
RSCP-024 is a murderer who has not been seen since the Winter of 1987. It was believed that RSCP-024 is a serial killer and possibly worked 9 to 5 at a local Liberty County business. RSCP-024 grew so popular that Unsolved Mysteries made a case about it in 1992. The case episode repeated 4 times on Robloxian TV. Like all other RSCPs, it grew so popular that RSCP had to air an episode about it. There were 8 incidents in total.
RSCP-024 appears to have allied with The Greenville Criminal, one year before he was shot down by a Nova Shotgun and sent to the city storage unit for special containment.
RSCP-024 was later specially contained in 1998, 11 years after the homicides. In Liberty County, an officer named Damien found a massive cocoon in what would later be the special containment site for the RSCP-024. The massive cocoon was RSCP-024. It also revealed to citizens that RSCP-024 was not Robloxian, but had ocean origins. RSCP-024 awakened from its cocoon shortly after its discovery and injured Damien, before being shot by with a Nova Shotgun. RSCP-024 then was in a comatose state and later was publicly executed before contained specially.
On January 6th, 2021, a phrase was found painted with blood in the special containment unit. A dead man was under the phrase. The message said; "Millistere literalism" Investigations revealed that this message is an anagram of "I am the Hush Killer". Robloxians immediately started to believe that RSCP-024 survived the execution. However, RSCP-024 had a son who is still alive to this day. The Greenville Criminal is frequently theorized to be the RSCP-024's reincarnation. This theory could be true.
