NOTICE FROM THE RSCP FOUNDATION

Special Containment Procedures:
The site designated Site-87 is to be monitored at all times. During active time periods a containment breach scan is to be performed every hour, by an automaton. The scan and results should be announced to all personnel using Site-87's installed PA System. The containment breach scan should scan find the head of every RSCP-087 instance, then find the distance of the head of every RSCP-087 instance to the center of the site. If the distance from one head of an RSCP-087 instance to the center of the site is 512 studs or greater (470.3 feet or greater), the site should be placed under a pseudo-Keter vacate, during which all Mu-13 personnel will have to be escorted to a safe area outside of the force field of RSCP-087 until a containment breach scan reports no containment breaches. When contact is made with instances of RSCP-087, said agents are to equip a sword matching their team color (Chi-152 agents can equip any sword) and repeatedly slash and lunge until the instances are neutralized. During a pseudo-Keter vacate, only Chi-152 should do the protocol. Mu-13 is to adhere exclusively to the protocol described earlier, and not attempt to use any other protocol without Chi-152 authorization.
Also during active time periods an authorized personnel scan is to be performed continuously by an automaton. If an unauthorized personnel breaches through the force field of Site-87, Site-87 should be placed on Intruder Alert. During Intruder Alert, unauthorized personnel are to be escorted out of the site by Chi-152 while Mu-13 personnel are forced to vacate the force field. After the protocol has completed, authorized personnel may return to the force field.
Should in the case a Mu-13/Chi-152 Mobile Task Force member be neutralized while visiting Site-87, they will be sent to the Site Hospital, where they would recover.
A song known as Music-13 internally by the Foundation is to be played at the beginning of a new active time period in order to increase personnel morale.
An emergency exit has been erected in Site-87 for personnel who want to leave during active time periods.
In Site-87, there exists a wooden chest of drawers owned by the RSCP Foundation that contains one anomalous power-up per drawer to help personnel. A key to open the drawers is available at the marketplace, selling for 200 ROBUX and can even be kept outside of the site, in case it can unlock future chests of drawers found in other sites. Those power-ups are classified as Thaumiel and are not catalogued to preserve the brevity of this document.
Description:
RSCP-087 is a family of 64 Level 5 Humanoid Apparitions, 32 of which are violent and 32 of which are non-violent. It appears to be the wraith of a family in Robloxia, who were all abducted, ritually tortured, and executed on ███ ████, ████, in ██████, Central Robloxia. Starting 5 seconds after their death, RSCP-087 members began to appear on a square with area 328,833 m2 geometrically centered at their place of death, walking towards themselves and any Robloxians that dare trespass the area, attempting to harm or heal any Robloxian. For harmful members, they would continue to harm until the Robloxian is neutralized. Once the Robloxian is neutralized, RSCP-087 determines its next host while leaving the Robloxian. For harmless members, they would continue to heal unless the harmless member is neutralized. Any member of RSCP-087 that is neutralized will bleed lightly before disappearing. Personnel found out that it was also bleeding with means inconsistent with living Robloxians. Those members would then reappear 5 seconds after their death, at their place of death.
Despite the attempt to secure RSCP-087, RSCP-087 instances may breach the force field while walking towards its next target.
Harmful instances of RSCP-087 manifest as an institutional white, partially transparent smooth plastic, 140 cm (5 studs) tall, approximately 272 kg (609 pounds) ghost. Healing instances of RSCP-087 manifest as a really black ghost and the same material properties, height, and mass as harmful instances.
When the RSCP Foundation moved in, it was found most harmful to classify the ghost family as Thaumiel to help them contain other RSCPs by harming them if they decline containment or healing them if they accept containment, as several Keter-class RSCPs were presumed to have infinite health, and thus, using them would take an infinite time before they would do other things. Therefore, it was found most helpful to make Site-87 open to everyone willing to enlist in Mu-13 on Sunday and during the daytime of any weekday and Saturday and open to tournaments involving Mu-13 that occur Monday-Saturday (Round 1 on Monday, Round 2 on Tuesday, Round 3 on Wednesday, and so on, up to Round 6 on Saturday) . The winner of the tournament would be placed in command of RSCP Foundation resources governing RSCP-087.
The descendants of the family were placed to the test by the Foundation for twelve hours, beginning on 18:00 and ending 06:00 the next day, to which only 50% survived. Special agents of Mu-13 were employed to retrieve the Robloxians who were neutralized from the site to the Site Hospital. This repeated for six shifts, until there was only one Robloxian descendant remaining. That Robloxian would be placed in command of RSCP Foundation resources governing RSCP-087.
Incident 087-K███M███: On █/██/██, Dr. K███ M███, acting without permission, stopped the tournament. His reasoning was that
The history of the RSCP Foundation is the history of class struggles.
Dr. K███ M███ was terminated for his actions and his actions were later undone by his descendants. He would later be reassigned, but he is banned from being placed in command of RSCP Foundation resources governing RSCP-087. An examination of Dr. K███ M███'s journals revealed that he plans to ultimately change the RSCP Foundation to the ЯSCP Foundation, a Foundation "where there are no keycards".
█ years and █ days later, RSCP Foundation underwent a communist revolution fueled by Dr. K███ M███'s journals and almost all keycards were cut using ЯSCP Foundation scissors.
Incident 087-K███M███-2: █ years later, Dr. K███ M███, claiming to be Я5-01, was in a near-death state, with his eyes still able to make out fine details and his mouth still able to enunciate words, to ensure that everybody followed his new legislation. His last transmission, intercepted by the Resist Secure Contain Protect (RSCP) consisted only of the words 'Wait, who the hell are yo-' before the sound of somebody hitting him was played while screaming was playing in the background and the communications fell to static. When security arrived on the scene, Dr. K███ M███ was found deceased. Since that time, RSCP Foundation has returned back to normal, with the concept of "keycards" reintroduced and Resist Secure Contain Protect forming back to the RSCP Foundation. Autopsies performed by the Foundation have shown that Dr. K███ M███ was killed by RSCP-087. The tournaments were also stopped, for a different reason, and personnel for the first time were assigned to monitor RSCP-087 for non-entertainment purposes. Willing monitors are tasked with the Special Containment Procedures and be able to apply them from 18:00 to 06:00.
RSCP-087 was also subject to athletic tests. During athletic testing, RSCP-087 was found to be able to comfortably walk at 8 studs per second (5.011 mph) while finding a host to kill, run at 24 studs per second (15.03 mph) while on hot pursuit of a host, and be able to jump at a height of 11.236 meters (36.86 feet).
