Special Containment Procedures:

Although it is not possible to remove RSCP-090 from the Livetopia subway system, its predictable behavior allows the RSCP Foundation to prevent the public from encountering it. The Downtown Crossing Station is to be closed to the public from 13:37-13:51 on Mondays under the pretext of “the metro has flooded.” During that time, the station is to be staffed with agents from Mobile Task Force Chi-152 and Agkmakr. Agents have been ordered to prevent accidental public access to the station, and to capture anyone seen leaving RSCP-090. Anyone who has been on RSCP-090 must be transported to a site in Livetopia for debriefing and processing. Members of the public who see RSCP-090 may be released after the administration of a Class B amnestic.

Description:

RSCP-090 is a type R4 Livetopia subway train. Official records indicate this train was built in 2021 and was planned to be decommissioned for scrap in 2064. Nevertheless, it continues to appear on the Topia Line 1 track at the Downtown Crossing station at 13:37 every Monday. The train was in perfect condition prior to the spontaneous explosion and labeled as an “Topia Line 1” train. RSCP-090 appears at the designated time, opens its doors to accept/discharge passengers for approximately five minutes, then closes its doors and spontaneously explodes. It does not appear to ever contain passengers, except for those leaving the train during its appearance. At 13:51, RSCP-090 somehow recovers from the explosion and continues its journey unimpeded.

The majority of subjects that have boarded RSCP-090 have not been recovered. Passengers leaving RSCP-090 claim to have been injured by various explosions of varying blast radii and blast pressures. The blast radii range from 0 studs (0 feet) to 100 studs (91.86 feet); the latter claims presumably thought RSCP-090 was an overpowered explosive. Subjects retain no knowledge of any explosions on board.

Addendum 1:

Passengers leaving RSCP-090 must be brought to a site in Livetopia and interrogated to determine their origin and possible threat to the current Livetopia subway system. Generally, passengers who felt that RSCP-090 was not an explosive may be given Class A amnestic in potion form and reintegrated into society. Passengers who felt that RSCP-090 was an explosive must be held indefinitely (see order 69-A1 from R5-██). The site currently holds 26 recovered Robloxians.

Despite the RSCP Foundation's protocols to prevent public access, they are still receiving subjects who felt that RSCP-090 is an explosive. Although some later changed their minds, it is possible the anomalous properties will begin to self-replicate themselves, transferring them to another subway train, requiring expanded containment.

The RSCP Foundation has placed several subjects onto the train, in an attempt to understand its activities when not visible.

Test 090-1: May 31, 2022. Agent ████ placed on train. Not recovered as of present date.

Test 090-2: June 6, 2022. Agent ████████ enters train. Not recovered, as he apparently was killed by an explosion. His last words were [REDACTED].

After Test 090-3, R5 Command issued orders that no further agents should be risked as passengers on RSCP-090. Consideration has been given to using Class D Personnel in their place, but the risk of releasing them into RSCP-090 is too great.

Addendum 2: Log of Recovered Passengers in Foundation Custody

Passenger 090-1: Entered train July 14, 2022; Blast radius: 12 studs (11.02 feet); Blast pressure: 1.5×106 Robloxian Pressure Units

Notes: A tailor was on the way home from the Topia City Cinema when she entered the train, 090-1 has expressed surprise and dismay to have witnessed an explosion, but appears to be otherwise unchanged and unharmed. She told the Foundation that RSCP-090 was explosive and must be held indefinitely to prevent unwanted rumor dispersing effects.

Passenger 090-2: Entered train June 12, 2022; Blast radius: 15 studs (13.78 feet); Blast pressure: 0 Robloxian Pressure Units

Notes: Subject entered train when lost on the way to “Topia Apartment”. Amid being unharmed, 090-2 is being facilitated to successfully reintegrate into society as the examining doctor believes a blast pressure of 0 Robloxian Pressure Units is too small a blast pressure over which to heal the subject. 090-2 also said that RSCP-090 was not explosive, further proving that the facilitation was needed.

Passenger 090-3: Entered train December 6, 2022; Blast radius: 16 studs (14.7 feet); Blast pressure: 1×106 Robloxian Pressure Units

Notes: A fortune-teller from Backsonville, Blorida; subject 090-3 now speaks English instead of his primary language. Held due to R5 orders re: subjects who believe RSCP-090 is explosive.

Passenger 090-4: Entered train June 13, 2022; Blast radius: 12 studs (11.02 feet); Blast pressure: 0 Robloxian Pressure Units

Notes: Agent ███████ from Test 090-3. Agent survived, but his arms had to be surgically removed after he wrote a note in his pocket with the message “RSCP-090 is explosive.” Subject's pocket note was shredded using a shredder machine. Subject does not remember his experience on the train, but when subjected to hypnosis, revealed the blast radius and blast pressure, as well as [DATA EXPUNGED].

Passenger 090-5: Agent ████. Entered train at unknown date in 2022, in violation of protocol. On July 11, 2022, body of subject was violently thrown from the train, landing 10 meters (35.7 studs) away. On examination, subject was found to have been [DATA EXPUNGED]. The blast radius and blast pressure are still unknown to this day. Whether security should be increased to prevent subject from entering RSCP-090 is under consideration.

Passenger 090-6: █████ ████████ claims to be a climate scientist from the RSCP Foundation who entered the train in December 2022, but claims he entered the train 100 years later and that he is from the "RSCP Federation". Subject had been administered a Class A-Prime amnestic prior to boarding, in a successful attempt to avoid the fate of Passengers 090-4 and 090-5. Blast radius and blast pressure were found to be 25 studs (22.97 feet) and 0 Robloxian Pressure Units, respectively. As he said that RSCP-090 is explosive, he will never be released from Foundation custody, R5 Command has approved sharing otherwise classified information about other artifacts in the RSCP Foundation's possession, in hopes of gaining new methods of containment, and becoming aware of future security breaches. Agent ████████ has been cooperative, and claims:

  1. Interblox 0 would be an actual Interstate in Robloxia in 2023.
  2. Highway 66 would be an actual highway in Robloxia in 2024.
  3. Road 237 would be an actual highway in Robloxia in 2025.
  4. The Imperial Hotel would reopen in 2026.
  5. Item Asylum's effects would disperse in 2027.
  6. Moon Base Blox's anomalous phenomena would disperse in 2028 in a base on Roblox.
  7. RSCP-006's true identity will be revealed in 2029.
  8. RSCP-007 would finally be designated to a RSCP in 2030.
  9. Jackdrama9 would be freed in 2031.
  10. ATC Site-02 will be recommissioned in 2032.
  11. Liberty County Cycloids would breach in 2033.
  12. Chara's Knife would be wielded by the greatest sword fighter in the heights in 2034.

  63. RSCP-062 would die in 2085, resulting in interstellar object collision-like disasters as their body parts collide with the Robloxian ground below.
  64. RSCP-063 would produce more hazards in 2086.
  65. RSCP-064 would cause an earthquake in 2087 that would make it the most destructive earthquake in Robloxia.
  66. RSCP-065 would appear in small wikis in 2088.
  67. RSCP-066 would cease to exist in 2089.
  68. RSCP-067 would appear in store shelves in 2090.
  69. RSCP-068 would appear in the world in 2091.
  70. RSCP-069 would be smashed with a hammer into two distinctive pieces in 2092.
  71. RSCP-070 would cease operating in 2093.
  72. A monster with the exact description of RSCP-071 would appear near Freno, Bloxburg Valley, in 2094.
  73. RSCP-072's permanent containment procedure would be found in 2095.
  74. An immature Robloxian grabs hold of RSCP-073 and uses it to banish random Robloxians from the planet for no reason in 2096.
  75. RSCP-074 would be able to run at the speed of light, thus requiring a superluminal approach to re-contain it in 2097.
  76. RSCP-075 would be catalogued in 2098.
  77. RSCP-076 would be catalogued in 2099.
  78. RSCP-077 would be catalogued in 2100.
  79. RSCP-078 would be catalogued in 2101.
  80. RSCP-079 would open itself to visitors in 2102.
  81. RSCP-080 would create a global year-long rainstorm in 2103 which would last for months.

  83. The first Robloxian to survive RSCP-082 would be rewarded in 2105.
  84. RSCP-083 would be sold in 2106.
  85. RSCP-084 would be re-catalogued in 2107.
  86. RSCP-085 would gain sentience in 2108.
  87. RSCP-086's journey would run out of fuel in 2109 as Robloxians found a simple way to destroy it.
  88. RSCP-087's ghosts would appear in every city in 2110.
  89. Every toy room would be cursed with RSCP-088 in 2111.
  90. RSCP-089 would spread to other pumpkins in 2112.
  91. A test subject in RSCP-090 would know everything that would happen one hundred years from now.


Following the establishment of the last claimed prediction, 090-6 admitted that what he said about RSCP-090 earlier was a complete fabrication, opening up opportunities for psychiatrists to give him a chance to reintegrate to society. 090-6, however, left, refusing psychiatrist orders to be reintegrated to society as he believes that he is the "Roblox Secure Contain Prophet". RSCP Foundation psychiatrists as well as a search and rescue team appointed by the RSCP Foundation are currently trying to find him. A geotagging sensor has been implanted in him while he was making his predictions. Currently, he is in some house in Mount Crescent.

We will send him back to the site when we find his house in Mount Crescent, then perform a RBI/UIU open up on his house. We will then administer an anesthetic disguised as a new Livetopian potion. When he wakes up, refreshed, we will once again ask him to reintegrate to society. -R5-██
