The Bloxy Cola Company, also known as The Bloxy Cola Company S.L. or Bloxy Cola (not to be confused with its beverage, Bloxy Cola), is a Robloxian brand involved in food, beverages, banking, news, construction, and finance. It is the Robloxia company with the largest net worth, totaling nearly 4.25 trillion Robux, followed by Bloxy News with 986 billion, Dauston with 600 billion, and Robloxian Airlines with 584 billion.

It comprises many companies, which together employ 40,002 people and have 967 managers. Its employees are called Bloxys, and they have already been recognized by the Bloxy community. Its CEO is Elon Bloxk, elected in the Bloxy Cola CEO Elections of 2024, 2021, 2018, 2015, and 2012.

The official headquarters was located at 1 Bloxy-Cola Plaza NW in Reorgia, which has 57 floors and 2,000 offices, only 1,452 of which are occupied by employees. It also has offices in Bloxburg, Vambla, Bloxifornia, and Brookhaven (at 1 Bloxy Cola Avenue, Brookhaven, Kionne Republic).

It is also known as the oldest officially recognized Robloxia company and ninth oldest in Roblox, founded on August 17, 1896 by the Bloxer's brothers.

History

Initial Founding

It was founded as an unrecognized organization in 1893 by the Bloxer twin brothers (1850-1932). Later, on August 17, 1896, it was officially recognized by the Robloxia Business Administration Office . Its first company was Las Bloxy, founded on May 6, 1897. In 1901, an experiment went wrong, forcing Las Bloxy, one of the only Bloxy Cola products at that time to cease production.

In 1902, the company went bankrupt and was sold to Charles Witniler (1856-1935), a Robloxian billionaire, for 3.5 million Robux (1.3 million tix). On May 5, 1906, James Bloxer created Bloxy Cola in Bloxifornia; the secret formula was sold hours later to The Bloxy Cola Company (to Witniler, who was already serving as the company's CEO) for 900,000 Robux (400,000 tix) under a non-disclosure agreement that prohibited the disclosure of the secret formula of Bloxy Cola for perpetuity. In 1907, Witniler created Super Cola, which was a resounding success, generating 5 million robux (2.1 million tix) from 3 million in sales until 1911. At that time, there was a currency smaller than Tix in Robloxia, which was later deprecated to relatively minor controversy compared to the deprecation of the Tix currency entirely on April 14, 2016 by David Baszucki due to Robloxians taking advantage of the currency exchange building in Robloxia to make Robux rather than working in occupations that had wages in Robux. In 1910, Witniler retired due to illness, and the company was inherited by his son, Hugo Witniler (1887-1979).

In 1914, The Bloxy Cola Company reached 100 million tix in equivalent market capitalization. As the cost of ingredients that comprise Bloxy Cola rose, Bloxy Cola was forced to raise prices from 0.7 Tix to 1 Tix to maintain a profit, and that same week, the Bloxy Cola Company reached 2 million sales (2 million tix) in less than a week.

Modern Times

In 1978, Bloxy Cola has been chosen as the partner of the drink company, Robloxian, since 1978 and has owned them since that year, and the base of Robloxian is shared by Bloxy Cola.

On May 5, 2009, the Robloxian government began selling Bloxy Cola on its avatar shops for 50 Robux. Their advertisement for the item was:

From Rebranding to Controversy under Elon Bloxk

In 2026, Bloxy Cola launched the "Hit Refresh." rebrand. This rebrand involved remastering their iconic logo, and changing their slogan to "Hit Refresh." This was not seen as a controversial move.

Controversially, on the same year, Bloxy Cola changed their chief executive officer to Elon Bloxk and Co-Administrator to Helia Nopali without an Board of Directors approval, slogan to "Ask for peace, ask for Bloxy", and their vision to ending Roblox hunger. Under Elon Bloxk's direction, the official address of Bloxy Cola headquarters was changed to 1 Bloxy Cola Avenue, Brookhaven, Robloxia without a Board of Directors approval. This sparked corporate outrage as Robloxians boycotted Bloxy Cola to protest the sudden change in corporate ownership.
