TesGroup-Bloxinghouse is a defunct company formed by a partnership between TesGroup, a Seaboard City based manufacturer, and Bloxinghouse, a New Rotterdam-based manufacturer. They focused on automated people movers, including their widely popular CableLink cable drawn automated people mover.
Formation
TesGroup and Bloxinghouse formed a partnership in 1981 to produce a new “Horizontal elevator”, although the design was sold to Teknikk Elevators, Inc, which sold it under its “HoverTram” label. The partnership continued under this separate “shared” subsidiary of the two companies.
