Usage
This template is used to create a notice hinting that a user is blocked (but not locally). It also includes a countdown to when the block will expire and a notice cautioning users not to talk to the bureaucrat to unblock the user, as the bureaucrat holds no responsibility to the user's block. If the user is blocked locally (but not globally), one should use the {{Blocked}} template instead.
Parameters/Fields
- month - The month in which the block will expire.
- day - The day in which the block will expire.
- year - The year in which the block will expire.
- hour - The hour in which the block will expire.
- minute - The minute in which the block will expire.
- second - The second in which the block will expire.
- timeOffset - The time offset.
