Telamonian Democracy is a form of government that combines democracy with technocratic elements. In this system, competitive elections select legislative representatives, but this power is limited or enhanced by technocratic bodies electing representatives from among experts unaffiliated with politics. A complex legislative and judicial system makes this form of government theoretically difficult to maintain, although it does somewhat limit partisanship.

The first country to adopt this system was the Telamon Islands, which gradually introduced it in the second half of the 20th century. The name of the form of government derives from the country's name, as it was described as a Telamonian variant of democracy before it gained interest from political movements and political scientists in other countries.
