Speedhaven is a city next to Billberry City in Bilberry County, Western Robloxia. Speedhaven is home to Roblox's most famous speed vehicles.
History
It was founded in 1905 by connecting the towns of Yellow Cliffs, Foresthaven and St. Bloxerick. The town's first mayor was Magnus Laramond-Potts. Already in the first years of its existence, the city attracted investors and engineers from all over the country. Ten years after the city was founded, the first racing car factory was established here - Speedhaven Motors, whose models gained recognition on first tracks.
In 1923, mayor Joseph Blouxet commissioned the construction of a short race track, Speedhaven Circuit 1, which was opened on May 14, 1926 by Blouxet's just-appointed successor, Edsel Laramond-Potts I. The new mayor also opened the Speedhaven Circuit 2 short track in 1929, and in 1933 the so-called "Edsel Laramond-Potts I's Garage Street", a street approximately 714 studs (200 meters) long, which consisted only of car repair shops, including one large workshop established by the Laramond family back in 1908.
Jan Herbata, a Ro-Polish immigrant who came to the United States of Robloxia in 1941, made Speedhaven history as president of Speedhaven Motors and an innovative leader. After many years of hard work and determination, in 1954, he took over the company, in which he was helped by mayor Michael Range Jr. and became its president. The first success under his leadership was the Speedhaven Falcon (1955), a lightweight and aerodynamic sports car. Falcon gained recognition both on race tracks and among fast driving enthusiasts. In 1966, Bord Motor Company purchased a 40% stake in Speedhaven Motors.
The Herbata GT model series also went down in Speedhaven's history. Model 1 was created in 1964, Model 2 in 1971, and Model 3 - 1978. Jan Herbata died in 1979, and the company was inherited by his son, Charles Herbata.
