The solar eclipse of September 15, 2025, known as "The Great Solar Eclipse of the Century", additionally as "The Day That The Sun Goes Dark" and dubbed as "The Great Robloxian Eclipse" by some media was a total solar eclipse that was visible throughout most parts of North Bloxmerica, covering the United States and some parts of South Bloxmerica. The solar eclipse across the rest of the two continents were seen as a "partial solar eclipse", with viewing of the eclipse being reported as far up as Mount Bloxan, Bloxanada and as far down as the village of Redwick Bush, South Bloxmerica. The remainder of the world experienced a partial solar eclipse, with just a few nations missing out owing to their distance from the moon's shadow. A total solar eclipse occurs when the moon is perfectly aligned between the Earth and the Sun, blocking any light coming from the sun for a few minutes, resulting in total darkness for a viewer on the planet, whereas a partial eclipse occurs when the moon blocks some parts of the sun rather than the entire sun.

This solar eclipse is the first time a total solar eclipse has occurred on Earth, and prior to the event, a solar eclipse was not possible due to its angles from the planet and the sun; however, beginning in the 1960s, signs of a "event" occurring between the Moon and the Sun were discovered, which was unknown at the time. During its duration, the path of totality, in which the moon completely hides the sun, passed through around 21 states, with a width of about 100 miles. The majority of the journey remained on land, with at least 10% of the area recorded being at water. With a magnitude of 1.10259, the greatest totality period was around five minutes and six seconds, while the shortest was one minute and twenty-five seconds, with the apparent diameter of the Moon 6% greater than normal. The incident began on the sea about 10:05 a.m. local time, then moved to the state of Bloxburg Valley and north-east.
