Special Containment Procedures:

RSCP-054 must be specially contained in a cage located in a small room located in a large corridor, which serves as its special containment site. The cage's ceiling's code must not be erased. In front of RSCP-054's cage, there must be a Foundation personnel that warns other Foundation personnel not to trigger a special containment breach on this site. No more than five Robloxians are to be allowed within the site, as this is known to have caused massive confusions and delays in the past(See Incident 1 to see what transpired).

Description:

RSCP-054 is one of the most dangerous killers in Robloxia due to being able to instantly kill Robloxians.

RSCP-054, although fairly slow, is rather nimble and can round corners easily. He also can cover a good amount of ground in a decent amount of time.

RSCP-054 instantly kills Robloxians by a smack. If a Robloxian is close to RSCP-054 for too long, RSCP-054 will attack and kill the Robloxian with its tentacles and has the special ability to grasp a Robloxian with its tentacles. However, this is easy to avoid, leaving RSCP-054 immobilized for a few seconds.

RSCP-054 also has the ability to teleport behind Robloxians. However, if RSCP-054 and the Robloxian are separated by a door, RSCP-054's teleportation abilities cease to function until RSCP-054 and the Robloxian are no longer separated.

RSCP-054 may act stealthy if a long duration has elapsed since a special containment site breach involving his special containment site. RSCP-054 will be slower, but much harder to see.

A file on the killer case reports:

"One of the most well-known killers, Slenderman possesses many supernatural powers, including teleportation, and is often found in forests. Slenderman wears what appears to be a tuxedo and has no facial features. Many tentacles appear to be emerging from his back to catch its victims."

A book on tips on how to deal with special containment breached RSCP-054 follows:

  • If RSCP-054 is chasing the Robloxian, the Robloxian should try to hide behind something or simply run away and close a door or two behind them. Another skill is to try to close a door as they walk past RSCP-054 and wait for RSCP-054 to attack another Robloxian.
  • The Code can appear in the ceiling of RSCP-054's cage.
  • The Robloxian should avoid lingering too long after a special containment breach in RSCP-054's special containment site, as the Robloxian can teleport behind them and kill them without them knowing he is there.
  • If the Robloxian notices RSCP-054 fading away or disappearing, this means RSCP-054 is teleporting. The best way for them to avoid RSCP-054's attack is to move to the side and face where they were so RSCP-054 is not behind them. This will give them a clear shot of neutralizing RSCP-054.
  • RSCP-054's tentacles can clip through doors, albeit rarely.
  • RSCP-054 tends to hide inside the elevator. Additionally, RSCP-054's cloak ability allows RSCP-054 to conceal themselves and most Robloxians will not expect the them to be here, however RSCP-054 might find it difficult to reach the elevator.
  • All Robloxians should prioritize neutralizing RSCP-054, as RSCP-054's ability to teleport combined with RSCP-054's ability to instantly kill Robloxians will pose a huge threat to Robloxians.
  • Being able to hear RSCP-054 is useful, as it can help locate a camper, or know where RSCP-054 is coming from. RSCP-054 may hear different sounds as the Robloxian approaches RSCP-054. This can be effective when they can hear RSCP-054 because Robloxians may be close to RSCP-054.

RSCP-054 is likely the main antagonist of Robloxians.

One well known Foundation personnel is quoted for saying this about RSCP-054:

Incident 1

If many Robloxians pile into the RSCP-054's special containment site, a RSCP-054 instance which has been called RSCP-054-1 will spawn. RSCP-054-1 is a neutralized RSCP-054 instance and often called "Dummy" by the Foundation personnel. A consequence of having a lot of RSCP-054-1 instances in one special containment site is massive confusions and delays when accessing the Foundation database. (This is verified to be genuine by a mobile task force consisting of two Foundation personnel: Biggest_smalls and HTsnaps. [Not Chi-152]. )
