At 6:21 A.M, some RSCP Sites were attacked by the Chaos Insurgency, making some contained RSCPs sent to a backup site until repairs were made. Site-19 was the most breached, with the entire site's RSCPs breached, even those that were in Euclid or Safe object classes.

Prior to Breach:

Security Chief Daniel was sent to RSCP-173's (The Sculpture) chamber for testing purposes while Subject D-9341 was escorted to RSCP-173's chamber by Agent Uldrin and Agent Kane.

Dr Maynard was reported missing due to an unknown source. It is suspected that he was at the Heavy Containment Zone before vanishing without a trace.

During the time, while the site manager is investigating how Dr Maynard had gone M.I.A, a raid initated by the Chaos Insurgency happened, causing RSCP-173 (The Sculpture), RSCP-049 (The Plague Doctor), RSCP-096 (The Shy Guy), RSCP-106 (The Old Man), and some RSCPs to breach. RSCP-049 (Lake Vanski)'s anomalous effects spread to other neighboring lakes. The RSCPs on the site were on the loose within the facility. RSCP-049 (The Plague Doctor) then entered the site control room and initiated a full site breach.

Dr Maynard's Body was eventually found in the Light Containment Zone with RSCP-106's bodily fluids on his uniform and heavily injured. At 7:02 AM, he was pronounced dead at the Site Hospital, just when the site breach started becoming total.

Autopsy of Dead Personal

Dr Maynard

Autopsy showed Dr Maynard was abducted by RSCP-106 and sent to a special containment room with a huge stone in it. When he tried to escape, RSCP-106 threw the huge stone right at him. Due to RSCP-049 shutting down the site's security cameras right after initiating a full site breach, it is unknown what truly transpired.

Agent Samuel

Autopsy showed that Agent Samuel suffered from head trauma. It could be caused by him watching a certain RSCP way beyond what is recommended on the special containment procedures for that RSCP.

Agent G.

Autopsy showed that his legs, bowel, and his backbone were broken, rendering him dead by severe injuries.

Assistant Lisa Kymara

Autopsy showed that she was electrocuted by one of the site's Tesla Gates, which was suddenly activated by RSCP-049.

Agent Bravo

Autopsy showed that his neck had snapped and including his choke points. He was confirmed to be killed by RSCP-173.

Timeline

6:50 A.M

Agent Skinner (actually a Chaos Insurgency member in disguise) and Agent James went to RSCP-106's Chamber, pretending to do their morning duties. When Agent James went to the On-Site Cafeteria to get some coffee, Agent Skinner initiated a site breach of RSCP-106, who promptly abducted Dr Maynard. RSCP-079's doors were opened in Robloxity. While this was occurring, Agent Skinner began to cause a site slowdown by creating latency.

7:00 A.M

Security Chief Daniel was sent to do a test involving RSCP-173. According to Security Chief Daniel, when the test was completed two minutes later, the doors were unable to be closed. After 30 seconds of attempting, RSCP-173 killed D-9124, D-2493, and Agent Bravo, who guarded RSCP-173. After 15 seconds of reattempting, more RSCPs breached as the button used to close the doors of 173 was suddenly and maliciously redirected to opening the rest of the rooms, including 049 and 096. 049 would proceed to create a full site containment breach.

7:01 A.M

The Full-Site Lockdown Alarm was activated due to multiple Keter and Euclid RSCP breaches. 2 Assistant Researchers were killed during the breach. Lisa Kymara was killed by a Tesla Gate that had been suddenly activated, while the other researcher died after Containment Room 5 suddenly was locked with the researcher and a harmful RSCP inside of it and the keycard requirements set to R5 only.

7:30 A.M

Somehow, RSCP-049 lifted the lockdown to the light containment zone, despite not in the surveillance room. This is due to Agent Skinner continuing to create malicious redirects.

7:49 A.M

Agent Samuel was found dead in an RSCP Chamber after falling from the top floor of the observation room to the bottom floor.

8:00 A.M

MTF Unit Epsilon-11 (Foxtrot Unit 1) entered the facility to Contain RSCP-173, RSCP-106, and any dangerous RSCPs that are loose.

8:24 A.M

RSCP-049 closed the doors of RSCP-079 as personnel were going here to contain the entities encapsulated in it. This caused many Foundation personnel to become trapped.

8:34 A.M

RSCP-049 disables the facility gate lockdown, and RSCP-079's doors somehow reopened. This led to many Foundation personnel to escape. Meanwhile, RSCP-173 is sent back to its containment room.

9:00 A.M

At Gate A, MTF Epsilon-11 (Foxtrot Unit 2) had arrived. Gate A is now opened up, but Gate B was locked down to ensure the safety of the RSCPS of the Upper Area. D-8246 was accused of being a member of the Chaos Insurgency.

9:34 A.M

At Gate B, RSCP-029 breached and wanted revenge on the personnel who tried to destroy RSCP-029. Agent G led a fleet of several attack helicopters and tanks to push RSCP-029 back to its containment site. OH-2, one of the attack helicopters, was attacked by RSCP-029, causing it to explode in the Gate B Catwalk, killing Agent G. Nearby tanks were destroyed as a consequence of the explosion.

9:35 A.M

Finally, RSCP-049 pressed a button, activating the site's Alpha Warhead. The remaining attack helicopters were told to evacuate surviving personnel and take them to the surface. Chaos Insurgency members took advantage of this opportunity, allowing them to survive.

9:45 A.M

The Alpha Warhead exploded, neutralizing RSCP-173, RSCP-079, RSCP-610, and RSCP-106. RSCP-049 was pronounced neutralized until RSCP-049 awoke, and RSCP-029 somehow survived the explosion. The Ground Recovery Team 6G, who initially survived as they vacated to the surface, was later killed when RSCP-029 killed them. RSCP-029 was later recontained.
