Site-00, better known as the place where United Roblox Countries headquarters used to be, is a RSCP Foundation special containment site. The RSCP Foundation special containment site occupies 18 acres in West Brookhaven. Ro-Route 20 serves as the eastern border of the RSCP Foundation's special containment site. Site-00's owner is presumably a Chi-152 Mobile Task Force employee and will be used to re-specially contain some RSCPs specially contained by the Chikorita University Group of Interest's Mobile Task Force.

As United Roblox Countries Headquarters
The United Roblox Countries Headquarters is a former headquarters in West Brookhaven. On January 6, 2022, the United Roblox Countries Headquarters was burned to the stake when an unknown Robloxian set fire to the office of the lead figure of the United Roblox Countries.

Site-00 has opened to the general public during construction. Private tours to the special containment site will cost R$500.
Special Containment Site Room Description:
A typical Special Containment Site Room in Site-00 is hexahedral in shape and occupies 144 studs2 (11.29 square meters) of space. There are five faces in every Special Containment Site Room. Each of the four explicit faces in the special containment room has a thickness of 1 stud (28 centimeters). Three of the faces are composed of a material composition that is proven to specially contain the creature and colored based on its Object Class, one of the faces is a transparent force field colored based on its Object Class, and one of the faces is understood to be the shamrock -colored plastic baseplate.
