Who is exactly Sigma guy?
Sigma guy is one of the notable members in Crystal Artifact Organization. He is a religious member, like 33% of the Crystal Artifact Organization. Despite his calm demeanor, he is a menace to Robloxian society.

History
Sigma_guy was hired by the crystal artifact organization at December 16th, 2020. He has placed in the medical category (sort of). He was described as loving and calm by his patients. However, from the survivors of his killings, he was described as insanely crazy.
At day, he works at the Crystal Artifact Medical Center (CAMC), where he mostly resides in the office waiting for patients to come in.
At night, he shows his true colors, becoming an insanely crazy doctor who basically removes organs from his patients so he could sell them on the black market or eat them if nobody purchases them. 9% of Robloxians survived his organ removals, and a fraction of Robloxians have PTSD due to his removals.

Melody
She was one of his victims who survived a night at the CAMC. Melody witnessed Sigma guy killing a Robloxian by removing its organs, where Sigma guy noticed Melody to the point of him chasing Melody down. She was lucky to survive with no organs removed.
