The September 27, 2030, Rail Hijacking was a rail hijacking and derailing that occurred on September 27, 2030. It was a hijacking and derailing involving a regularly scheduled domestic passenger train. This is often considered to be one of the deadliest railway disasters in history.
Disaster Synopsis:
September 26, 2030
On September 26, 2030, the regularly scheduled domestic passenger train departed from its first station. With 300 Robloxians, including Haloguy7, on the passenger train, the passenger train is about to experience the worst Robloxian made railway disaster ever.
The passenger train was starting up its 51-hour-and-20-minute voyage from Bloxhicago, Central Robloxia to Oakil, Bloxburg Valley.
Meanwhile, Furry Task Forces were finishing up its plan to derail and hijack the passenger train and went on a vehicle.
On 5:06:40 PM, a considerably severe thunderstorm with 73 miles per hour winds had formed rapidly in Midwestern Robloxia, taking the passenger train by surprise. A funnel cloud was spotted by the passengers which later touched down into a rope tornado which was later rated EF0 by the Robloxia Weather Service in Bloxhicago as it damaged a farm outbuilding, taking the passengers by surprise. Fortunately, the tornado never impacted the passenger train, as the tornado lifted before it could do so. However, the passenger train, ever being so cautious, has anchored and waited out this storm. After the storm, it continued to head towards Oakil nevertheless.
The Furry Task Forces was about to derail the train; however, it had gotten into the path of the tornado; it could not turn fast enough and by the time they had turned around, the vehicle was already enveloped by the tornado. Fortunately, the vehicle was not tossed like a Roblox toy, as the vehicle was able to withstand up to 90 miles per hour winds and not get tossed like a Roblox toy.
The Furry Task Forces then passed through a funnel cloud, a spectacle site for everyone on the vehicle as a funnel cloud touched down right on top of them. The winds got very strong, with the winds rocking the vehicle constantly. It seemed like nothing bad has happened. However, what the Furry Task Forces did not know was that their vehicle's global position system (GPS) has been damaged, badly. Fortunately, there were no dents, scratches, scuffs, and broken glass as the tornado was less than 100 miles per hour winds, and furthermore, the vehicle was not tossed. Everyone in the vehicle was ordered to stay inside till the tornadoes pass.
The tornadoes eventually passed over and the GPS is messed up.
However, most passengers in the vehicle did not care because they know every station that the passenger train will make. Something will be brewing.
The passenger train was on its course toward Oakil; it already stopped at two stops in Central Robloxia already; it was heading for Rowia now.
Unaware that the vehicle now had a damaged GPS, the passenger train would continue its course.
September 27, 2030,
On 7:52:52 AM on September 27, 2030, the passenger train started to wind up; Robloxians were going to wake up now or about to. It seemed like nothing will go wrong within the hours.
The vehicle continued its course, although it thought it was still heading towards the train; most communication, and GPS had been damaged if not almost completely destroyed which no one had realized within the last day. People on the vehicle woke up or remained fast asleep. Meanwhile, a dense fog arose over the land; as the dense fog covered all, fortune may forsake the Robloxians on both the vehicle and the passenger train.
On 9:39:06 AM, the passenger train spotted a Furry Task Forces vehicle; the conductor of the passenger train thought the vehicle was just coming close as a drive-by; the conductor tried to communicate with the vehicle, but they had no response.
The vehicle on the other hand had spotted the passenger train despite their badly damaged GPS. The vehicle's driver proceeded to toss a large and heavy object on the railway track.
On 12:43:03 PM, the passenger train continued moving blindly; the conductor still thought they are moving toward Rowia. However, things are about to take a nasty turn. Despite everyone being awake, the conductor was laying down and getting some rest. With no one to take over, the passenger train crew members were unable to alarm the captain about a large and heavy object in the distance; as the large and heavy object gets closer, it is revealed that the large and heavy object is heading right for them. The crew on the passenger train see the large and heavy object; they realize they are doomed. They are now 1.5 kilometers (5.36 kilo-studs) from the large and heavy object and closing rapidly.
On 12:45:20 PM, the passenger train and the large and heavy object are less than a kilometer (3.57 kilo-studs) apart now; the crew tried to use the railway brake, but it is too late; the passenger train is about to ram directly into the large and heavy object.
The passenger train alarm system is activated on the passenger train, and the train conductor wakes up. However, it is too late.
On 12:45:44 PM, the passenger train derailed east of Burlington, Rowia. The passenger train lost power for a brief moment before the real damage is seen. Platform screen doors are instantly unlocked and opened, and that would start the rescue of the passengers.
Some sections of the lining of the side of the passenger train were destroyed in the ramming and fell from the passenger train. All sections of the lining were almost completely intact.
The train was severely damaged.
Meanwhile, platform screen doors continued to open across the train. The conductor of the train sent crew to evaluate the damage. Three Robloxians, including Haloguy7, were killed by the derailing.
As the passenger train alarms screamed through the train, Robloxians quickly exited through the platform screen doors.
The conductor decided to fire the train's only flare, use floating orange smoke, activate the train's emergency beacon, and radioed that they were on distress. Fortunately, all of the distress signals were seen by the Robloxian Army.
On 1:04:26 PM, the distress signals were repeated for a second time.
On 1:47:13 PM, the fog was starting go away and sunlight was peaking over Rowia's never ending horizon. The true damage of the train is seen. A loud creaking sound was coming from the train.
The situation is becoming very dire.
On 2:03:37 PM, the power on the passenger train went out. Meanwhile, there is a large explosion on the passenger train; The Robloxian Army is hurrying to aid the situation; bus bridges take passengers aboard and continue to do so until they are almost completely full. Hour by hour, bus bridges continue to aid the derailing train.
On 2:46:24 PM, it was revealed that the large explosion on the passenger train was a boiler explosion caused by the failure of the passenger train's safety valves, the corrosion of critical parts of the boiler, and a low water level.
On 2:51:23 PM, the passenger train's company has been informed about this incident and has sent a passenger train to easily aid the survivors of the derailing.
The passenger train company got three passenger trains ready to help the survivors of the derailing, all of them being the Bloxburg Valley Zephyr.
On 3:02:05 PM, Robloxians still on board exited the passenger train.
On 3:34:53 PM, a loud eerie creaking noise was heard on the passenger train. The first few squads of the Robloxia Army's platoon arrived, and the three passenger trains were on their way.
On 3:55:33 PM, the first of the three passenger trains was in view of the passenger train, with one close behind and one right beside.
The passengers of the rescuing passenger trains looked in awe, as they saw a derailed passenger train.
All platform safety doors on the rescuing passenger trains were unlocked and opened. However, 113 Robloxians remain onboard on the derailed passenger train.
On 4:19:48 PM, the chimney of the locomotive made a loud creaking sound as the passenger trains arrive. The passengers of each of the rescuing passenger trains are about to witness something crazy.
A loud snap was heard from the derailed passenger train; the locomotive's chimney fell. Onlookers were horrified as they saw the massive locomotive chimney crush 19 Robloxians.
On 4:54:44 PM, there was a loud gunshot noise; it echoed from the passenger train; an area in front of the area where the locomotive chimney used to be, broke. The passenger train had just broken in half midway through the passenger train; the innards of the passenger train are seen; luggage and belongings, fluttering outwards, fell out in mass. The passengers of the passenger train screamed in horror as the train hit the ground hard; although not completely broken, it continued to snap; finally, onlookers were in shock. They are in awe.
Meanwhile, the three passenger trains opened their platform safety doors to aid the situation; the three passenger trains made room for the passengers. Although Robloxians will be sent to Ro Burlington, Rowia, it will be better than telling them to stay.
Meanwhile, creaking and internal tumbling continued to show an eerie reminder that this is real, not a dream.
On 5:59:37 PM, the passenger train's final creak and internal tumble grabbed the attention of all the on lookers.
There was a total of 55 losses, and 137 injuries.
Meanwhile, the three passenger trains gathered 245 Robloxians, and in a 30-minute and 22.96-second effort, all Robloxians are put onboard of each passenger train.
The passenger train company decided to let the survivors go to Ro Burlington, Rowia, free of charge. Children go to the children's activities on the passenger train, while adults tried to interpret what has occurred in the past.
Meanwhile, the Furry Task Forces have declared the mission Successful, as Haloguy7's body was spotted with his gun in his pocket, it was suspected he has accidentally shot himself. A UXXR bomber was spotted near the scene and was planning on using the Anti-land bomb to destroy the train, but fortunately, it was never detonated and decided to return back to UXXR.
Aftermath:
Heavy equipment entered the scene as crews cleaned up the scene. It took one day to clean up the scene.
A new passenger train is being made, and efforts to make it more durable, stronger, and safer, are underway.
The passenger train company has now retired any passenger trains that were made before 2011.
All passenger trains will go into a motive power depot in November 2030. Passenger trains made and refitted after November 2030 will have new stronger and more durable platform screen doors and will automatically stop if it detects a large or a heavy object on the rails. Although the renovations are expensive, it will save many Robloxian lives.
As a result, passenger trains will now be used to rescue Robloxians who have been victimized of a derailing.
The passenger train company gave Robloxians a coupon after cancelling all November 2030 trips that are good for trips in December 2030 and January 2031 only.
Damages
The damages amounted to R$51.76 billion. This accident will go down as the worst railway disaster in history, although that is still very debatable.
