Mason "Scorpio" Smith, serving as the 31st president of Robloxia, was impeached for the second time on June 25, 2025, while he was in the emergency room. On that date, the House of Representatives adopted two articles of impeachment against Smith: electoral fraud and attacks on non-binary Robloxians, stating that he had rigged the 2024 United States of Robloxia presidential election and attacked non-binary Robloxians on social media. The House impeachment managers are yet to formally start of the impeachment trial as they are still in the process of delivering to the Senate the charge against Smith. The trial in the Senate is yet to start. On July 24, 2025, new evidence on the first article of impeachment against Scorpio Smith was found after he was responsible for manipulating the 2025 Bloxburg mayoral elections after it is over. However, the impeachment ran out of time, and by August 1, 2025, Mason Scorpio Smith was acquitted without a Senate vote after he confirmed that he was busy dealing with divorce affairs with his First Lady of Robloxia.
This impeachment was the second of Smith; his first impeachment was in June 2, 2025.
