Scepter (HECU)

Hazardous Environment Combat Unit (HECU) Commando Scepter is a Robloxian male serving The Authority under the position of a HECU Marine. He is known to be an expert marksman and a master tactician and shows a strong dislike to all those he deemed 'sub-Robloxian', especially furries. Scepter's tactical skills are important in making split-second decisions in the middle of combat, albeit his few years of service.

It is known he has a relationship with Luna Schwartz, although this could be fabricated propaganda. But some evidence points to the relation status being true, as Scepter voice tone changes when around her, It's also been noted from his squadmates that he's attracted to her "gorgeous red eyes" and "fluffy hair". This is duly noted by Alexander Williamson, who was concerned by this relationship and its possible effects in combat.

Background

Scepter was formerly a HECU combat soldier before being commended for his service in quelling rebellion in the Furry Riots of 2029, where he personally handled 3 vans of furries. Scepter was promoted to a Commando where he saw action as an elite operator. His family was abducted by the GFAH as test subjects according to Protocol 13, and thus Scepter swears to exact his own revenge.

Operations

Furry Riots of 2029

Scepter was a HECU Marine sent to kill-and-capture furries during the Furry Riots of 2029. Scepter gained traction as a well-known and reliable soldier, while being hated by furries. He was commended for his efforts and promoted to HECU Commando.

Virus 46 Raid

Scepter was the unit leader for Delta Squad when they approached a Blackhawk which had downed after being mysteriously shot down. As they approached, they saw multiple infected personnel. Although initially startled, Scepter shot the infected down with his M4A1 as their mission changed into killing all infected and people exposed to the virus for fear of spreading.

Warehouse Raid

Scepter and Delta Squad were sent on a confidential mission on gathering intelligence from a GFAH warehouse. However, the squad grew separated but united again due to Scepter giving orders from his bodycam and a HECU-issued radio. Scepter captured intel on 2 future missions as they were extracted by a Blackhawk, while the warehouse was burned to the ground.

Searching for Luna Schwartz

Scepter quickly received another mission from HQ: to find and get Schwartz on the Authority's side. Scepter sent scouts out to all sectors where they received word that Schwartz was in Sector 4. Scepter sent an Intelligence Agency officer to find Schwartz.

Torturing Furries

Scepter was given the experimental status of 'Combat Researcher', meaning a Combat Soldier operating as a researcher used to conduct tests on furries. Scepter's comrades were eager to try this new status, and thus subjected furries to different torture, such as rape, dismemberment, and etc. Scepter left disgusted, leaving a note on his desk.

"This is a research facility, not a furry convention!."

Scepter quickly retained his position as a combat operator.

Encounter with AndroidTan

Scepter got word from Alexander Williamson that one of the GFAH sites were being evacuated completely. Scepter and Delta Squad charged inside, injuring multiple evacuees in the process. Scepter walked into one of the corridors which led into a room. There, Scepter disarmed his grenade, throwing it inside. It turned out AndroidTan was inside, who quickly kicked the grenade out of the room. Scepter charged and attempt to bury his knife into AndroidTan's shoulder, but AndroidTan said to him.

Are you finish trying to take up your contracts? Because "your friends" had just been killed. All because of you.

Scepter drove the knife into his arm, there was no blood... Just pure wires. It was a cyber Android impersonating him.

Delta Squad left with Scepter after damaging the base.

Hunting for Test Subjects

Word got out that Protocol 13 had been initiated. Delta Squad and Scepter headed out towards their helicopter as they boarded for Cagville. As Delta Squad progressed, Scepter would give real-time updates and feedback from the field command post.

As a result, they acquired 89 more test subjects.

Guarding Site-001-B

Scepter was put on guard duty for a period of time at his own request. It is reported by Authority janitors and research personnel that Scepter had put up posters of Luna Schwartz on the walls, despite his denial. There was also a rumour floating around Site-001-B that he had a "dakimakura" hugging pillow of Luna, commisioned to him by his friend who was a professional digital art and graphic designer. The rumour turned out to be true after one Service Worker helped unpack Scepter's gear at the site:

Service Worker: Let me help you unpack Mr Scepter

*unlocks suitcase*

Scepter: *mumbling "no" under his breath*

Service Worker: What in the name of all that's holy- Scepter, what the hell is this? *holds Luna body pillow*

Scepter: *blushes*

Service Worker: I'm gonna leave you to your own devices *slams door*

*the service worker calls Luna*

Luna: Hallo, who is das?

Service worker: I'm a helper at Site 001-B, and one of your soldiers you're allied with has *pfff* oh man! *pfffff* HAHAHAHAH! 

Luna: Vat is so funny? If zis is a prank, i vill adminster a audiotory memetic agent through ze phone!

Service Worker: Ok, Mr Scepter has a body pillow of you!

Luna: *sighs* Once Herr Scepter has left ze site and returned, i vant Herr Williamson to have a vord vith him! *hangs up phone* vat a pervert.

After his time at Site-001-B, Scepter was approached by Alexander Williamson, who embarrassed Scepter in front of the rest of the Delta Squad members.

Alexander Williamson: Scepter, so... how did that go?

Scepter: I got a call from her.

Delta Squad: From who? Err, the rumors can't be true, can they?

Scepter: *mumbles vaguely about cleaning his weapons*

Alexander: They're true. Get back to your business, Squad. *winks*

Dispatch

Scepter was dispatched to gather intelligence about Emily Parker. Despite not knowing almost anything, Scepter managed to gain an amount of knowledge about the John Doe. However, they were greatly hindered when Emily Parker and a "John Doe" escaped to the Safehaven of Arcadus County.

A team of CBRN extracted Scepter.

Rest

Scepter was given a day off from work due to his active service. Scepter took a nice coffee with 2 sugars at the local cafe. It was noticed he was reading an unpublished magazine called "Guns, Guns, and oh look, more Guns".

Securing Clone of Virus 46

It was noted by members of the Authority's High Council that a clone of Virus 46 would be essential in producing medical equipment for the Robloxian Military. Scepter was sent with two other squads, Echo and Juliet, as Delta Squad was preoccupied with the procuration of CBRN teams. Scepter headed down a mall, where multiple infected had already been killed.

"This is Scepter. Uhh, someone's already been in Sector 2. Anybody there?"

Overwatch then replied.

"Negative. You're the only soldier in the area we know of. Keep your flashlight on. We're dispatching SWAT Team 1 to ward off any unwanted visitors."

Echo Squad's Task Force Leader turned on his radio. He effectively reported that the clone of Virus 46 was non-existent. It turned out that an Authoritiarian had already secured the package prior to the mission, unbeknownst to Echo Squad.

Mission: Extraction

Scepter was tasked with extracting another Commando from an undisclosed area, supported by Desert Marines and Blackhawk support. However, a curious furry had gotten inside the area to investigate the intense military activity. Scepter promptly told the furry to leave.

Scepter: "Get out of here. This is classified military activity."
Furry: "Yeah? I have free rights, huh?" *Takes her phone out and starts recording*
Scepter: "I'm sorry ma'am but this is restricted activity."
Furry: "Oi! Just because I'm different doesn't mean you're better!"
Scepter: "It's not like that. We have orders to extract classified assets. Ma'am, this is my final warning." *Unholsters gun*
Furry: "Get lost you {F-word} hood-winked, idiot!"
*Scepter discharges a round from his pistol, killing the furry*

Subsequent Death

During an raid on a GFA outpost, Scepter and a HECU team was ambushed by GFA Special Operators led by AndroidTan. As Scepter was attempting to shoot him, he was immediately disarmed as AndroidTan reveal a Deagle pointed at Scepter's face, before saying.

AndroidTan then shot Scepter straight in the head. Specter falls to the ground.

Personality

Scepter is known to be a no-nonsense combat operator, yet still cares for the safety of his men and all operations. He personally ensure his men are hand-picked are suitable for operations. However, Scepter is known to be a bit quieter around Luna Schwartz. Scepter is hostile to most furries. He has ties with many organizations.

Gear

Scepter is armed with a M40 gas mask, in-built SCRAMBLE goggles, Heavy Ballistic Vest, JMP vest, bullet sling, fully-kitted M4A1, M67 grenades, standard HECU gear, smoke grenades, combat knife, medkit, and a red beret marking his position as a commando. He is seen using a radio.

• Scepter's favourite weapon is his Desert Eagle, adopted and handcrafted by a SWAT serviceman as a gift to Scepter.
• Scepter (like several other robloxians) can enjoy a Grimace Shake without sucuumbing to its side effects.
• His M40 Gas Mask is retrofitted with SCRAMBLErs unlike others, as he created his own SCRAMBLE software in case of an attack gone awry.
• His weapon accuracy remains an all-time high: 97%.
