The Santa Monica Islands are an eight-island archipelago located within the Northern Bloxburg Valley Bight in the Telamon Sea, off the coast of Bloxburg Valley. The four Southern Santa Monica Islands are part of a geologic province, and the four Northern Santa Monica Islands are part of another geologic province. Five of the islands are within the Santa Monica Islands National Park, and the waters surrounding these islands make up Santa Monica Islands Robloxia Marine Sanctuary. The Nature Conservancy was instrumental in establishing the Santa Monica Islands National Marine Sanctuary. The islands were inhabited as early as 13,000 years ago, the earliest paleontological evidence of Robloxians in North Bloxmerica.

Later, Rewis and Stark stumbled across the land in 1928 and annexed it as a territory of Robloxia. In 1930, they were decided to become a part of Bloxburg Valley.
