Sandra Steel (October 16, 1987 - March 3, 1991) was the infant daughter of Odell Steel and Mackenzie Henderson. Who allegedly died of an ear infection, but due to the lack of evidence, it's not yet confirmed.

Born prematurely, Steel was born on October 16, 1987 inside the Brookhaven hospital, but only survived three years. According to doctor records, Steel died of an ear infection, but inspection has said otherwise.
In 2018, it has been discovered that the infection was trapped moisture, causing hearing loss and pain.
