The San Guarino Bay Area, commonly known as the Bay Area, is a region of State of El Dorado centered around the San Feliciano and LA Paloma estuaries. The three counties that border the aforementioned estuaries are: San Feliciano County, Oakley County, La Paloma County and Apure County.
The most populous cities of the Bay Area are San Feliciano, San Joelle, and Oakley. San Guarino is the third most populous city in El Dorado behind San Elio & Los Soles. The Bay Area is the Second largest metropolitan area in El Dorado, after the Greater Los Soles-Eastern Beach Metropolitan Area in South El Dorado.
