The Safer Marketplace Executive Order was a nationwide executive order by the United States of Robloxia. According to the Corporatist Party, which backed the nationwide executive order, they argued that this executive order will force the Robloxian marketplace to be filled with high-quality, original items while maintaining the safe country where creativity can thrive. The premise of the executive order was to have robloxians apply for Robloxia Plus before they are allowed to keep selling non-baggy clothing; the Robloxian government will only allow robloxians without those stimulus programs to sell baggy clothing. Originally planned on August 1, 2026 to be implemented, it was revoked on June 2, 2026, as a result of a decision by President John Puma, showing John Puma can even revoke executive orders that are yet to take effect.

Description:

The executive order, as claimed by the Corporatist Party, states that many Robloxians believe that a marketplace filled with high-quality, original clothing and a safe environment where creativity can thrive is an ideal marketplace. They also argue the executive order is a critical step in the government's ongoing work to prioritize national safety through more citizen accountability, arguing they would implement more safety protections in the coming months. To do this, they will have Robloxians apply for Stimulus 1000 or Stimulus 2200 before they are allowed to keep selling their non-baggy clothing. For company manufactured items, the chief executive officer (CEO) of the company must meet this requirement. If a national record indicates the Robloxian has not registered for Stimulus 1000 or Stimulus 2200, all non-baggy clothing they are currently selling (as the individual or the company, if they are the CEO of the company) will be set to be taken off-sale starting in two weeks after the announcement of the executive order, on March 19, 2026, when the executive order will be carried out.

On March 24, 2026, the Robloxian government responded to criticism of the executive order. Most of the criticism was directed towards the two week lead time, so the executive order had been delayed until August 1, 2026. Later, the executive order's words of Stimulus 1000 and 2200 was rebranded as Robloxia Plus due to the planned discontinuation of the Stimulus program in favor of a new stimulus program referred to as Robloxia Plus.

Reactions:

This executive order was only supported by 10% of the Robloxian clothing industry as of March 6, 2026. While supported by the Corporatist Party, it saw an surprising amount of opposition.

Meanwhile, in Robloxia, there was talk on the Robloxian clothing industry to stand up and unionize, thus reviving the Robloxian Clothing Industry Labor Union (RCILU). 90% of the clothing industry CEOs and a comparable percentage of independent clothing industry manufacturers complained that the executive order meant they would finally lose their right to sell non-baggy clothing. The RCILU saw that majority, and immediately demanded that the Corporatist Party implement a rescission of the executive order, effectively representing the clothing industry's interests, as well as planning to collectively bargain, organize, and economically pressure if the executive order was not rescinded by striking, picketing, boycotting, corporately campaigning, leveraging political lobbying for sector-wide standards, and building community coalitions.

Experts say those strikes, boycotts, corporate campaigns, and community coalitions will be very difficult to de-escalate due to communication limitations in the Age Checks to Unlock Communication Executive Order. It is highly expected that those strikes, boycotts, corporate campaigns, and community coalitions will become heavily nationalized.

Most of the resisting reactions came from Robloxian businesses, with few of the resisting reactions from independent Robloxian clothing industry manufacturers.

Perhaps one of the most explosive reactions was from the RCILU to have the entire clothing sector go on strike on March 19, 2026. This became known as the Great Robloxia Clothing Industry Strike, Picket, and Boycott of 2026, and due to the large number of clothing sector employees, is probably destined to become the largest strike, picket, and boycott in recorded Robloxian history. It ended on March 24, 2026 and was planned to resume on August 1, 2026.

Despite the delay of the executive order being created, President John Puma withdrew the executive order due to finding it impractical.

Praise:

The Corporatist Party argued that the Safer Marketplace Executive Order will increase national safety through more citizen accountability and expressed intent to increase the number of national safety protections in the coming months.

Criticism:

Opposers criticized the act's goal. The RCILU called the law a "mistake of the boss", a "blackleg", "brutal", and "unjust". They feared that the Corporatist Party might send their lackeys to cheat them. Perhaps the largest and mostly addressed criticism was the original executive order provided only two weeks of lead time. Fortunately, the executive order was temporarily repealed on March 24, 2026. Plans for the executive order to be implemented on August 1, 2026 were later revoked.
