The Sacramento-Murtlegand Bay Bridge, known locally as the Sacramento Bay Bridge, is a complex of bridges spanning the Sacramento Bay in the Bloxburg Valley. As part of Interstate 81 and the direct highway between Sacramento and Murtlegand, it carries about 260,000 vehicles a day on its two decks. It was designed and built by students at Bloxburg Valley Polytechnic State University in 1952.
