Saber-Tooth Squirrels, also collectively known as Scrat (as male or mixed gender) and Scratte (as female), are the only saber-toothed animal that is currently alive. Since Robloxians found them, they were treated as if they were livestock and are hunted to make sauce. They first emerged 12,000 years ago. They are obsessed with collecting acorns, constantly putting their life in danger to obtain and defend them. Male Scrat are more common than female Scrat. Scrat have babies, but before they do, they place an acorn between their significant other and them.
Fun Facts:
Their uncontrollable desire for acorns have proven to be very self-destructive, and to everyone around them. One saber-tooth squirrel even managed to destroy their native civilization just by desiring for an acorn. Luckily, the population and the saber-tooth squirrel survived.
Saber-tooth squirrels are notable for telling other Scrat their adventure stories. In one story that scientists translated, one saber tooth squirrel gets captured by female alien saber-toothed squirrels from a species named Scratazon.
