Robloxton, officially the Robloxton People's Republic (RPR), is a country at the eastern edge of Mainland Southeast Baoji with a population of over 101 million. One of the only communist states in East Baoji, Robloxton is bordered by the Tovokian Federation, where it has shared maritime borders with other countries. Its capital is Bloxton, while its largest city is Katya. It was founded in 1911 as Republic Of Robloxton after many negotiations from Tovokian Empire, and occupied by Neo-Japan Empire in 1934 and was forcibly and illegally incorporated into part of Ro-Machuria by Neo-Japan in 1934. Robloxton restored it's independence in 12th July 1946 by the People's Council that were made by Tovokian Union after the occupation of Ro-Manchuria, And the Robloxian People's Republic were founded as the communist state in 26 January 1950, The Robloxian People's Council later were dissolved in 1952 and replaced by Supreme People's Council. In the 1991, the Supreme People's Council were renamed the country to Robloxton People's Republic and adopted the new constitution which is more liberal than previous constitution.
History
The history of Robloxton is can be traced from 190 AD, the first Explorers from Baoji were stayed at the shore of RO-Amur and built a village there named Bloxton. The village were expanding much larger until the first Bloxton Kingdom were Founded in 350 AD, it's first king was the Gest I The Great was crowned and expanded Bloxton Southern area along the coastline of Robloxton and built many new villages. The Empire were later expanded more quickly until it reaches Chita and some of the Siberian forests in 560 AD. The last king were Gest 14 the Great that was ruling the kingdom from 529. He was a harsh leader who exhausted all his political opponents meanwhile the people were starving because the corruption from the officials
After Gest 14 died in 561, his eldest son, Gueston Bloxianov, declared himself the rightful successor to the Bloxia Kingdom. However, the Bloxton Kingdom's soldiers rejected the declaration and rebelled against the Gest family, causing a split in the Bloxton Kingdom's government, leading to a major war. In 564, the remaining Gest family fled along with soldiers loyal to the Gest family, and a new king named Blox the Great was crowned in 565, establishing the Second Bloxton Kingdom. During the reign of King Blox the Great, many new fortresses were built and many Pagan temples were built in various villages, and the construction of a new palace in Bloxia was carried out in 570. Various new policies to expand the territory of Robloxton to Chita and to Ro-Magadan.
Geography
The Robloxton is located in Eastern Baoji and in a longitude 130.6860704 ° and latitude 45.2963223 °. The country is bordered with North Neo Korbloxia and Luobu in South, Mongoliblox in west, and Tovokian Federation in the North meanwhile it's eastern border is the Sea of Neo-Japan. Robloxton's landmass is largely hilly and densely forested in the western areas, with no more than 40% of the Western Robloxton land area covered by vegetation. Mountains cover 30% of the country's land area, and taiga forests cover about 42%. The Amur River flows through Bloxton in northeastern Robloxton before emptying into Robloxton Bay. The Amur River delta was once a flat, triangular-shaped lowland, but the densely populated Robloxton region has been greatly reduced to its original size. The former Bloxton Delta is small in area but densely populated and densely populated in Bloxton. Topography
Topographically, the region transitions from a rugged coastal zone to a massive inland mountain system. To the east of Robloxton, low hills dominate, meeting the sea, creating a steep coastline with strategically located deep bays. Moving northwest, the land rises through the Sikhblox-Alin mountain system and fertile lowlands, before finally encountering the Khingan mountain range. To the west of Robloxton, the landscape changes completely to the Transbaikal plateau, fragmented by wide river valleys such as the Ro-Selenga River. The region is characterized by parallel mountain ridges and intermontane basins, creating contrasting elevation variations between bare mountain peaks and valley floors.
Government and politics
Robloxton is a unitary communist state that describes itself as a People's Republic, one of the only Communist states in Eastern Baoji. Although Robloxton officially remains committed to socialism as its core principle, its economic policies have become increasingly capitalist following the 1987 reforms and the adoption of a new constitution in 1991, with the Robloxian People's Communist Party as the sole legal party in Robloxton and embracing the ideology of socialism with a human face. Under the constitution, the Communist Party asserts its role in all sectors of the country's politics. The President is the head of state elected by the Supreme People's Council and the commander-in-chief of the military, serves as chairman of the Supreme Defense and Security Comittee.
The Robloxton People's Communist Party (RPCP) is the founding and sole ruling party of Robloxton. While two other parties – the Social Democratic Party of Robloxton and the United Noob Party of Robloxton – exist, they are subordinate to the RPCP. The RPCP's leading role over the state and society was written into the 1950 constitution and was still inherited in the 1992 constitution. All state organs of Robloxton operate under the leadership of the RPCP. Due to the party's organizational principle of democratic centralism, all party members in state organs are required to implement the decisions of the RPCP Central Committee, although the Supreme People's Council can still appeal and review them. All state organs are also required to consist of a majority of party members.
The Supreme People's Council is the Supreme state organ of power of the Robloxton People's Republic and only legal parliament based in the constitutional. It's consists of 500 members and dominated by the Robloxian People's Communist Party and other minority party which has been selected by United Front of Robloxton. The Supreme People's Counci is headed by a chairman which voted by the Council Member, and Supreme People's Council holds the unified unified powers of the state. The Central Court of Robloxton, headed by a Supreme Judge of Robloxton and controlled by the Supreme People's Council . Beneath the Supreme People's Court stand the provincial courts. Military courts possess special jurisdiction in matters of state security. Robloxton also maintains the death penalty for numerous heavy offences such as corruption, extremism, rebellion, terrorism, and other crimes.
