Welcome to Robloxiapedia . This article serves as a manual guide for newcomers who want to get started on writing their own articles.

Overview

  • As Robloxiapedia is an English-language site, all articles must be written in American English. British English is allowed here but is limited to date formats.
  • Articles needs to be written from a neutral point-of-view (POV) and using an objective tone. This is done to avoid potential biases and personal opinions and present the information in a way that is fair, proportionate and understandable.
    • An example of this is that instead of "David Baszucki was a horrible president for his laws," (judgmental language) instead write "David Baszucki's presidency was ranked as among the worst in recent history, particularly for his laws." (non-judgmental language)
    • A good example is that instead of "007n7 is a villain in Roblox," replace it with "007n7 is the alter ego of C00lkidd."
  • Good grammar is necessary when writing an article, so that readers can understand your article more clearly.
    • Try to avoid using wrong verb tenses, causing subject-verb disagreements, or writing incorrect word choices. And don't worry if you make a mistake; everyone is not perfect, and even then, you can fix your errors right away.
  • Generally, use the present tense. On pages about past events or a subject that is decreased, use past tenses.
