Welcome to the Robloxiapedia's Terms of Use agreement. The following Terms of Use apply when you are an editor or a poster of Robloxiapedia via our website located here.
Please review the following terms carefully. By editing or posting in Robloxiapedia, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, you must not edit or post in Robloxiapedia. However, you may read Robloxiapedia as an anonymous user or a normal user.
PRIVACY POLICY
Robloxiapedia respects the privacy of its users. Please refer to Robloxiapedia's privacy policy, which explains how Robloxiapedia staff members collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. When you edit or post in Robloxiapedia, you signify your agreement to the Privacy Policy as well as these Terms of Use. The privacy policy can be found in this link.

REGISTRATION; RULES FOR USER CONDUCT AND USE OF THE SERVICE
You need to be at least 13 years old to edit or post in Robloxiapedia (if you are in California or the European Economic Area [EEA] (except for the United Kingdom [UK]), you need to be at least 16 years old instead). If you are less than 13 years old (16 years old and in California or the EEA [except for UK]) and are editing Robloxiapedia or posting in our Discussions forum, please STOP and report your account immediately to FANDOM or delete your FANDOM account immediately. Robloxiapedia staff is able to block users until they turn 13 (16) who do not follow this. However, you can view Robloxiapedia regardless of how old you are.
Editors or posters of Robloxiapedia must create a personalized account which includes a unique username and/or a password. After becoming an editor and poster, you will opt in to receive messages from the Robloxiapedia staff in the form of local announcements. You agree to notify the Robloxiapedia staff immediately of any unauthorized use of your password and/or account. Robloxiapedia will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of the unauthorized use of your username, password and/or account.
USE RESTRICTIONS
Your permission to use Robloxiapedia is conditioned upon the following use, editing, posting and conduct restrictions:
You agree that you will not under any circumstances:
· Access Robloxiapedia for any reason other than your personal, non-commercial use solely as permitted by the normal functionality of Robloxiapedia.
· Stalk or cyberstalk any user of Robloxiapedia. This includes the collection or harvesting of any personal data of any user of Robloxiapedia, including other social media accounts of the user.
· Use Robloxiapedia for the solicitation of business in the course of trade or in connection with a commercial enterprise.
· Copy and reuse any of Robloxiapedia without including a link back to the page where the article is from. (We grant the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices but retain the right to revoke this permission at any time on a general or specific basis).
· Use Robloxiapedia for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities.
· Personally attack another user or a group.
· Own any page in Robloxiapedia.
· Use bigoted language, including slurs which degrade another user, or a group based on gender, race, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, etc.
· Declare an edit war over differing opinions of a topic with another user or a group.
· Advertise your related website, YouTube channel, blog, social media account, etc. (Except for your Roblox account, which can freely be advertised without punishment)
· Harass another user or a group.
· Use another user’s account without permission.
· Intentionally allow another user to access your account.
· Provide false or inaccurate information when registering an account.
· Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of Robloxiapedia;
· Make any automated use of Robloxiapedia or its related systems or take any action that Robloxiapedia staff deem to impose or to potentially impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or network infrastructure.
· Bypass any robot exclusion headers or other measures Robloxiapedia staff takes to restrict access to Robloxiapedia, or use any software, technology, or device to scrape, spider, or crawl Robloxiapedia or harvest or manipulate data.
· Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of Robloxiapedia or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of content, or enforce limitations on use of Robloxiapedia or the content accessible via the Service; or
· Publish or link to malicious content of any sort, including that intended to damage or disrupt another user’s browser or computer.
· Create a page that contains adult or disturbing content.
POSTING AND CONDUCT RESTRICTIONS
When you create your own personalized account, you will be able to provide edits to Robloxiapedia articles and posts to Robloxiapedia Discussions. You are solely responsible for the content that you post, upload, link to or otherwise make available via Robloxiapedia.
You agree that Robloxiapedia staff are only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your content. However, Robloxiapedia staff reserve the right to remove any content from Robloxiapedia at its sole discretion.
We grant you permission to use and access Robloxiapedia, subject to the following express conditions surrounding content. You agree that failure to adhere to any of these conditions constitutes a material breach of the Terms and will result in a warning. Frequent material breaches of the Terms will lead to a block and eventually a ban.
By transmitting and submitting any content while using Robloxiapedia, you agree as follows:
· You are solely responsible for your account and the activity that occurs while signed in to or while using your account.
· You will not insert malicious or libelous information on articles or post them. False and inaccurate information may be inserted or posted without warning unless the creator of the subject of the article in question opposes them.
· You will not insert abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable and offensive information on articles or post them.
· You will waive all ownership rights of your content by granting the following rights to Robloxiapedia and its users as set forth more fully under the “License Grant” and “Intellectual Property” provisions below: When you upload or post content on Robloxiapedia, you grant Robloxiapedia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and edit that content in connection with the provision of Robloxiapedia; and you grant to each user of Robloxiapedia, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to view and edit your article and view your post through Robloxiapedia, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and edit such content to the extent permitted by the Service and under these Terms of Use;
· You will not submit content that is copyrighted unless you give credit to the author of content. However, you will not submit content subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy, publicity, trade secret, or others, unless you have the right to submit such content.
· You will not post content that instigates drama against a Robloxiapedia user or a group of Robloxiapedia users in the Robloxiapedia community in Discussions. Note: If such content is found and is continued to be posted without any indication towards a settlement, the Robloxiapedia staff reserve the right to shutoff Discussions when applicable as an attempt to de-escalate or privatize the drama. Discussions will resume if the said drama is resolved.
· You will not post content that promotes any cult. Note: If such content is found, the Robloxiapedia staff reserve the right to immediately lock and delete posts containing the content, and you will be speedily banned from the encyclopedia with no right to appeal. Furthermore, platform staff may be contacted on whether or not the situation should warrant a platform block or ban.
· You hereby agree that Robloxiapedia staff have the right to determine whether your edits are appropriate and comply with the encyclopedia rules. If not, we can choose to revert any and/or all of your edits, and your account can be warned, blocked, and banned; for blocks and bans, they can be performed with or without prior warning.
· You hereby agree that Robloxiapedia staff have the right to determine whether your posts are appropriate and comply with Discussions guidelines. If not, we can choose to delete any and/or all of your posts, and your account can be warned, blocked, and banned; for blocks and bans, they can be performed with or without prior warning.
You understand and agree that any liability, loss or damage that occurs as a result of the use of any content that you make available or access through your use of Robloxiapedia is solely your responsibility. Robloxiapedia is not responsible for any public display or misuse of your content.
Robloxiapedia staff are unable to pre-screen or monitor all content. However, at their discretion, Robloxiapedia staff may monitor and/or record your interactions with other users or with Robloxiapedia itself.
ONLINE CONTENT DISCLAIMER
Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through Robloxiapedia are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content.
The staff of Robloxiapedia do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on Robloxiapedia, nor do we adopt nor endorse, nor are we responsible for, the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by other parties. Robloxiapedia staff take no responsibility and assume no liability for any content that you or any other user or third-party posts, sends, or edits via the Service. Under no circumstances will Robloxiapedia staff be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s reliance on information or other content posted on Robloxiapedia, or transmitted to users.
Though we strive to enforce these Terms of Use, you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate or objectionable when you use or access Robloxiapedia. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the Robloxiapedia or to warn, block, or ban users from Robloxiapedia if a user violates the Robloxiapedia rules or engages in any activity that violates the rights of any person or entity or which Robloxiapedia staff deem unlawful, offensive, abusive, harmful or malicious. LINKS TO OTHER SITES AND/OR MATERIALS
As part of Robloxiapedia, users may provide you with convenient links to third party website(s) (“Third Party Sites”) as well as content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (the “Third Party Applications, Software or Content”). These links are provided as a courtesy to Robloxiapedia readers. We have no control over Third Party Sites or Third-Party Applications, Software or Content or the promotions, materials, information, goods or services available on these Third-Party Sites or Third-Party Applications, Software or Content. Such Third Party Sites and Third Party Applications, Software or Content are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness, and we are not responsible for any Third Party Sites accessed through Robloxiapedia or any Third Party Applications, Software or Content posted on, available through or installed from Robloxiapedia, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices or other policies of or contained in the Third Party Sites or the Third Party Applications, Software or Content. Inclusion of, linking to or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Site or any Third-Party Applications, Software or Content does not imply the staff's approval or endorsement. If you decide to leave Robloxiapedia and access the Third-Party Sites or to use or install any Third-Party Applications, Software or Content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies, including these Terms of Use, no longer govern. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any Third-Party Site to which you navigate from Robloxiapedia or relating to any applications you use or install from the Third-Party Site.
COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND COPYRIGHT AGENT
(a) Lawful Removal of Content of Any Plagiarized Encyclopedia. Robloxiapedia staff respects the intellectual property rights of its contributors and requires that the users do the same. Robloxiapedia has copyrighted its content in accordance with this license (this license is custom-made for Robloxiapedia and overrides the CC-BY-SA copyright that you see on most FANDOM encyclopedias). This means Robloxiapedia staff have the right to remove Robloxiapedia content that is provided or posted in other encyclopedias without giving attribution, which can be done by crediting or referencing it.
(b) How to Inform Staff of Copyright Infringement. If you believe in good faith that you found content in FANDOM that plagiarizes Robloxiapedia without giving proper attribution to the source, this means you found content that infringes upon Robloxiapedia's copyrights and must send a message wall message to the Robloxiapedia staff. The following information is needed in order for the message to be considered.
1. The link to the page (must be from anything other than Robloxiapedia).
2. The link to the original page. (must be from Robloxiapedia)
Following this, Robloxiapedia staff will remove any content that is directly plagiarized, unless they do not have appropriate permissions to do so (which can be caused by the page being protected). In case of protection, we will report the content to the platform's moderation. If the said content is useful, we will ask the user to give proper attribution. This can be done simply by linking to the original page housing the content (which must refer to the original article at robloxcities.fandom.com) or citing the content in such a way that it follows the community's rules (which must refer to the original article at robloxcities.fandom.com)
GAME COMPLAINTS
(a) How to Inform Staff That the Content in Robloxiapedia Contradicts Your Game. If you believe in good faith that you found content in Robloxiapedia that contradicts your game, you have the right to remove it, unless the content is widely accepted in Robloxiapedia.
If the page is devoted solely to content that contradicts your game, you have the right to perform either one of the following actions:
Note: You must be a game developer or owner to make such requests; game players are not allowed to make requests and any requests from them will be ignored. Please do not threaten users with game bans if the deletion request is not satisfied.
- Blank the page (be sure to put "game contradiction" on describe what you changed to prevent it from being falsely interpreted as a vandalistic blank)
- Place {{Delete}} on the page
- Post a content removal request in the Help, Support, and Content Removal RQs.
For the first two actions, you must send a message wall message to Robloxiapedia staff members. The following information is needed in order for the content removal request to be considered.
1. The link to the pages that should be deleted (must be from Robloxiapedia).
2. The link to the game
3. Why do you want to delete the pages?
Following this, the Robloxiapedia staff will perform a verification procedure on Roblox to verify that the developer/owner is indeed the developer or owner of the game. This will involve you joining a Roblox game. If the developer/owner is not the developer or owner of the game, their request will be ignored, and your account may be banned in Robloxiapedia for impersonation. If the developer/owner is the developer or owner of the game, the Robloxiapedia staff will speedily delete the page and prevent it from being created.
IMAGE COMPLAINTS
(a) How to Inform Staff That Content Is Copyrighted. If you believe in good faith that you found content in Robloxiapedia that is actually copyrighted, you have to make a request to Robloxiapedia staff. Include in your request the following information:
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the specific copyrighted work(s) being infringed.
- Identification of Infringing Material: The URL of the material to be removed, or a description of its location.
- Contact Information: As much information as possible, which must be sufficient for Robloxiapedia staff to contact and verify you as the copyright holder or the authorized agent.
- Good-Faith Statement: A declaration that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, the law, or the owner's agent.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury and being banned in Robloxiapedia for impersonation, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
Unless the content is widely accepted in Robloxiapedia, Robloxiapedia will not hesitate to remove it.
Note: You must be the owner or copyright holder of the content to make such requests.
Following this, the Robloxiapedia staff will perform a verification procedure to verify that the copyright holder actually holds the copyright to the work. If verificaiton fails, their request will be ignored, and their account may be banned in Robloxiapedia for impersonation. Otherwise, the Robloxiapedia staff will speedily delete the content.
LICENSE GRANT
By posting any content via Robloxiapedia, you expressly grant, and you represent and warrant that you have a right to grant, to Robloxiapedia a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative works of Robloxiapedia and your name, voice, and/or likeness as contained in your User Content, if applicable, in whole or in part, and in any form, media or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, for use in connection with Robloxiapedia.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge and agree that we and our licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights of any kind related to Robloxiapedia, including applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. Other product and company names that are mentioned on Robloxiapedia may be trademarks of their respective owners. Robloxiapedia staff reserve all rights that are not expressly granted to you under these Terms of Use.
USER CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS IN ELECTRONIC FORM
For contractual purposes, you: (a) consent to receive communications from Robloxiapedia users in an electronic form via the message wall and (b) agree that all Terms of Use, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Robloxiapedia users provide to you may satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if it were in writing. The foregoing does not affect your non-waivable rights.
Robloxiapedia users may also use your message wall to send you messages.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
ROBLOXIAPEDIA IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ROBLOXIAPEDIA STAFF EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, REGARDING THE SERVICE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, SECURITY, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ROBLOXIAPEDIA STAFF MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION THAT ACCESS TO OR OPERATION OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK OF LOSS RESULTING FROM YOUR DOWNLOADING AND/OR USE OF FILES, INFORMATION, CONTENT OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED FROM ROBLOXIAPEDIA. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT PERMIT DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY, SO THIS PROVISION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES; RELEASE
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROBLOXIAPEDIA BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, OR DATA, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, HOWEVER ARISING, THAT RESULT FROM: (A) THE USE, DISCLOSURE, OR DISPLAY OF YOUR CONTENT; (B) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ROBLOXIAPEDIA; (C) THE SERVICE GENERALLY OR THE SOFTWARE OR SYSTEMS THAT MAKE ROBLOXIAPEDIA AVAILABLE; OR (D) ANY OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH USE OR WITH ANY OTHER USER OF ROBLOXIAPEDIA, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT PERMIT DISCLAIMERS OF LIABILITY, SO THIS PROVISION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
If you have a dispute with one or more Robloxiapedia users, you release the Robloxiapedia staff from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
If you are a California resident using Robloxiapedia, you may specifically waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
Robloxiapedia staff can amend these Terms of Use at any time and will update these Terms of Use in the event of any such amendments. It is your sole responsibility to check this page from time to time to view any such changes in this agreement. Your continued use of Robloxiapedia signifies your agreement to our revisions to these Terms of Use. We will not announce to users that such changes are made, but in the case, you stumble upon this page and changes were made, please read them. Any changes to these Terms (other than as set forth in this paragraph) or waiver of our rights hereunder shall not be valid until the Robloxiapedia bureaucrat approves of it. For the bureaucrat, any changes are automatically valid without prior approval. No purported waiver or modification of this agreement on any other user shall be valid.
GENERAL TERMS
If any part of this Terms of Use agreement is held or found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion of the agreement will no longer be applicable and may be removed on the next amendment of the Terms of Use. Our and your rights under this agreement survive any transfer or termination of this agreement. If any part of this Terms of Use agreement is not covered, please refer to the FANDOM Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use and your use of Robloxiapedia are governed by the federal laws of the United States of America, the laws of your state, and the Robloxiapedia rules, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE, UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF USE, AND WILL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS OF USE TOGETHER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY LOCATED HERE REPRESENT THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ROBLOXIAPEDIA STAFF AND THAT IT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
