Robloxian Wintertuin is an soon-to-be-opened ice rink in Dush Gaul Republic that will open next year in January 2025.
History:
On November 3rd, 2024, Soraya Genad and her friend Hildeke Taelmans(who previously worked at Cradles & Crayons Daycare) wanted to open an ice rink. They looked for buildings that were for sale, but those were small. Finally after searching, they found an warehouse at the Renlosesteenweg that previously was an indoor playground named Alles Kids. On November 15th, they constructed everything inside the building that needed to be an "ice rink" theme. According to Soraya:
"Everything is done and setted up, but it will open next year"
On December 17th, 2024, there was a concept test where over 18 people got invites to come and test it out. Kathy Raemakers, who previously owned Mippie and Moppie and Alles Kids, was invited too. Kathy also shared her opinion online on Faceblox. The post said this:
"Went to this concept test of the ice rink for the first time today. Great to see that the building of Alles Kids has an new purpose now👌. It would be definitely recommended when the opening begins next year. i really loved this 🥰😁💛…"
