Special Containment Procedures:

Copies of RSCP-095 are to be contained on air-gapped computers. These computers are to be located on floor 10, section C of Site-95.

Major changes to Robloxia done by using RSCP-095 are to be reported to RSCP-095's project head. Under no circumstances should RSCP-095 be used by Level 4 personnel and lower, nor its master password disclosed to them.

Description

RSCP-095 is a software that allows Robloxians to create anything they can imagine. It is advertised as a "FREE and immersive creation engine". In experiments, RSCP Foundation noted that Robloxians enjoy using RSCP-095 to create areas on Roblox because it is social. RSCP Foundation also found out that it is possible to have a whole career working with RSCP-095.

However, RSCP-095 is not a typical software as it seems in the surface as the Foundation found several anomalies:

• The software is encrypted with a master password. The RSCP Foundation has brute force hacked the master password prompt to reveal that the password is [redacted].
• There is only one template, named "Robloxia".
• Clicking on the template teleports the user and the computer containing RSCP-095 to a random area in Robloxia.
• Whatever changes are done to RSCP-095's main area will also materialize in the random area in Robloxia.
• If RSCP-095 crashes, the Robloxian and the computer teleports back. Changes made to the random area will suddenly disappear.
• If RSCP-095 closes, the Robloxian and the computer teleports back. Changes made to the random area will be kept.
