The Robloxia Plus Executive Order is an executive order that was passed on April 10, 2026 and will be carried out on April 30, 2026, calling for the recreation of the stimulus program under the name Robloxia Plus. This executive order was the result of the Corporatist Party constantly looking for new ways to deliver value to the country's most dedicated citizens while providing mayors with more ways to scale their businesses. The stimulus program created provides exclusive country benefits as well as discounts on in-country items as well as enabling citizens to stretch their Robux further while directly supporting the mayors who make Robloxia possible.
Benefits of the Stimulus Program:
Robloxia Plus plans to offer savings on activities citizens already value, making the everyday Robloxia experience more rewarding. The executive order also provides benefits to stimulus program participants, including:
- Smarter Way to Spend: Participants receive an immediate 10% discount on all items in the avatar shop.
- Double Discount: Starting in a participant's third consecutive month, the discount increases to 20%, rewarding consistent membership.
- Free Private Tours: Cities must give free private tours to participants.
- Transfer Robux for Free: For the first time, the Robloxian government has made it legal to directly transfer Robux on the government website with no transaction fees. However, only stimulus program participants can send Robux as it is an exclusive benefit to them, whereas recipients do not need to be on the stimulus program. To help keep transfers secure, the approval of the robloxian's parent or caregiver is required every time a Robloxian under the age of 18 sends or receives Robux from the government website. Robloxians must age check and be over the age of 18 as determined by the age check before they can send or receive without parent or caregiver approval. These safety requirements have the right to continue to evolve over time in amendments to the executive order.
- Trade and Resell Items: Robloxians on the stimulus program have the privilege to trade and resell items on the avatar shops.
- Sell Items: Robloxians on the stimulus program have the privilege to sell items, hereby reaching millions of citizens who shop in the avatar shops.
Other benefits include receiving a distinct badge on their government profile pages. Soon after the implementation of the executive order, the Robloxian government will offer multiple optional bundles—Plus 500, Plus 1000, and Plus 2000. Each bundle includes:
- Robloxia Plus stimulus program membership
- Actual stimulus: R$500/month, R$1,000/month, R$2,000/month (depending on bundle).
In the months to come, the stimulus program will have more benefits.
How the Program Benefits Mayors
The stimulus program benefits the entire country of the United States of Robloxia, including their mayors. The Robloxian government will cover the discounts offered by giving benefits to citizens—meaning mayors will continue to earn the same amount as they do today on any individual purchase. This also enables citizens to spread the same number of Robux across more items, allowing mayors to earn more.
The Corporatist Party also wants to reward mayors for supporting free private tours. Mayors can earn up to 100 Robux for every robloxian who spends 60 or more cumulative minutes in a city's private tour (the tour must be paid) over the course of 30 days. The Robloxian government will pay out up to five paid private tours where each Robloxia Plus participant spent the most time during the 30-day period.
Advertisers can also benefit directly from Roblox Plus adoption. When a robloxian enrolls in Robloxia Plus from within an advertisement placed by the advertiser, the advertiser receives a bonus of 250 Robux per month. This bonus applies for each of the subscriber’s first three months so long as they remain subscribed, allowing advertisers to earn up to 750 Robux for every new subscriber they attract.
The Corporatist Party's goal is to provide a recurring revenue stream for mayors. More and more mayors are governing on Robloxia, growing their governments, and governing areas that expand what is possible on the country.
Deprecation of Stimulus
With the rollout of Robloxia Plus, the government will no longer offer new sign-ups for the government's existing stimulus program, Stimulus. Existing Stimulus members can continue their membership. They can opt into a free 1-month trial of Robloxia Plus that they can stack on top of their existing subscription. Members who remain on Stimulus will keep their monthly Robux stipend and privileges to item trading, publishing, and selling. Starting May 30, the Robloxia government plans to discontinue the 10% bonus Robux for currency exchanges done that result in the final currency being Robux for Stimulus members, and the logo of Stimulus is planned to be removed as well.
