Robloxia (City)

Robloxia City, District of Cassel (commonly referred to as Robloxia City, D.C. to avoid confusion with the country's same name) is the de jure capital of Robloxia since June 15, 2024, and one of the most well-known cities in Robloxia. The city is well known for its extremely conservative political ideology because it is where the President of Robloxia currently lives and its politically strategic location in Romaryland. Indeed, this city can be argued as a microcosm of its larger country.

History

New Robloxia was founded presumably prior to 1367. It was an obscure town prior to being promoted to being the capital of Robloxia the first time.

Pre-Robloxian Independence Era (1367-1776)

In 1367-1400, it served as the capital of the Robloxian Empire.

Post-Robloxian Independence Era - late 20^th century (1776-1999)

The mayor of Robloxia, 1dev2/1dev3, created the town in 1798. He passed in 1834, letting his family become mayor. Eventually, in 1894, Ba_iean became mayor of the town. AmigoVilla grew up in the town in the early 70's before moving. In 1935, Robloxia had officially been put on the map.

Originally called "Town of Robloxia" in the 1960's, it went through an urban and population boom in 1974. In 1983, Robucks Cafe was introduced by a former flight attendant with a food/beverage cart from a plane. Micheal Feren started his career, and in 1985, his cafe company was already worth 90 million TIX (5,294,000 ROBUX at that time). It is the biggest company in the city, with more than three locations. The city football team is the Robloxia United.

From 1935 to around the summer of 1974, Robloxia can only be found in hiking maps. In the summer of 1974, an urban population explosion occurred and persisted long enough for the city to introduce the Annual Robloxian Pumpkin Festival, a yearly October-30th to November 2nd festival/carnival where citizens can get pumpkins, find the way out of a maze, and enter competitions. People started to flock towards the city, and from a population of 1,295, it became 23,840 in under six months. The city grew in every festival and expansion.

21^st century

In December 2023, a series of deadly attacks occurred, killing approximately 900 to become one of the deadliest mass killing ever, not in the city, but in the country in the 2020s. On June 15, 2024, Robloxia was once again made the capital, and the Roblox HQ in the city was converted into a dual-purpose building with one half of it being a government headquarters building and the other half being a corporate headquarters, illustrating the corporatism/fascism of the President of Robloxia's era at that time. The Roblox HQ became known as Robloxia Corporation, and is also known as Government Headquarters Three.

On December 1, 2024, Mason Smith was sworn into office. Later, the city's population exploded by 33 million on February 25, 2025.

Global warming has taken its toll in the city in the 2030s, in particular the late 2030s. In July 2038, Hurricane Arthur crashed into the city as a Category 5, killing 100 Robloxians and destroying 62 buildings. Fortunately, by then, every city that bordered a hurricane basin's waters was presumably upgraded to handle Category 5 hurricanes, but some cities refused to upgrade.

Transportation

The Trans-Robloxian Railway passes through Robloxia. The city formally broke the record for the biggest number of airports in Roblox. Its main airport is Robloxia Eastfield 1dev2 International Airport; it also has the longest ever runway in Roblox (Runway 13/31 is 4500 meters long), and Roblox’s first ever asphalt runway (Runway 02/20 got paved in 1942).

The Robloxia Subway is running in the city since 1905.

Several interbloxes serve the city, as well as county and state highways.

The city currently is building the Southern Robloxia Airport, which will serve the districts of South Robloxia and the Industrial District.
