Roblox cities Wiki 12th Birthday, or Robloxiapedia's Twelfth Anniversary was a Robloxiapedia all-day event, occurring on July 23, 2023. It was devoted solely to celebrating the 12th anniversary of Robloxiapedia as a wiki.
Before the birthday, the event was projected to be larger since Robloxiapedia's eleventh anniversary in 2022 was forgotten.
Event synopsis
The event started at midnight, when ChikoritaTheRobloxian wished the wiki a happy birthday. Following this, CoralREF and MatthewPlayThrought also wished the wiki a happy birthday. When ChikoritaTheRobloxian got on, he decided to change the font to a celebration-related font, such as Comic Sans MS. ChikoritaTheRobloxian went on Discord to post an announcement.
Aftermath
Due to circumstances beyond the bureaucratic restraint, the celebration was largely ignored by the community, a similar fate repeated on the Robloxiapedia's eleventh anniversary event. This was due to the recent departures of AmigoVilla2004 and SkyKlebitz, and the temporary departures of CoralREF and MatthewPlayThrought. Also, the number of active users in the encyclopedia was relatively small.
