Roblox Bloxfruits Airport (IATA: RBF, ICAO: LFBR) is a small international airport on a man-made island. It is near Pirate Village Island and Desert Island as the airport hub of first sea, the other seas being Rose's International Airport.

Terminals

There are two terminals in this airport. Both have their own check in facilities and gates. The terminals are connected with driver-less shuttle ferries between both terminals in the checked-in area.

First Terminal

The first terminal is the earliest to be built in the 1975 expansion. It was built on reclaimed land on the northwest of Pirate Village Island, called "Pirate Village Island Peninsula".

Gates 001 to 150 are located in terminal 1, with 12 shops in the gate area and 55 shops in the pre-check in area.

Second Terminal

The second terminal, completed in 2006, is built to the west of Desert Island. Like the first terminal, it is also built on artificial land.

Gates 001B to 050B are all located in the second terminal with seven shops in the gate area and 25 shops in the pre-check in area, making the terminal have 32 stops in total.

Runways and taxiways

There are two runways on the artificial land of Roblox Bloxfruits Airport. One being 36L/18R and the other one 36R/18L.

For the taxiways, they are built and painted on either artificial land or bridges, making the cost much lower than building more artificial land.

There is also an underground waterway passing the taxiways for small marine vessels passing through the airport much more easily, as Blox Fruits Islands are known as "The Venice of Robloxia".

History

1950s to 1970s - Horrible Starting

In 1956, the CEO of Lo's Group - Bobby Janes, felt annoyed on Fruits Shipways, the main ferry of the state because of the slowness the travel between the main cities like Bloxburg, Livetopia or Brookhaven. As to fight against this issue, Bobby set up an airstrip on the November 14th, 1956, with the runway number 36/18. The airstrip currently is a land abandoned by Lo's Group, haunted by a mysterious groups of brutes.

1970s to the 2000s - International Opening

In the 1960s, as Robloxia's economy starts to die out, Lo's Group starts to see his business falling down Lo's Group. suggested the local government to acquire Bloxfruits Airport's Business, while still keeping it off operation authority. The government accepted this request and acquired the airport's land owner, while Lo's Group still kept running the airport, he would have to pay 50% of all income to the government.

As to solve this problem, the government of The Blox Fruits Islands suggested to add an international in the island states, that way they can have a lot of revenue and hopefully recover the economy.

After obtaining the authorization of Lo's Group, the local state government started the first expansion of the airport on June 28, 1968. It appeared in an external man-made reclaimed land and a peninsula at the northwest of Pirate Village Island for the terminal. The original runway moved to the west on another reclaimed land and extended to 9,000 ft long, though staying with the same numbers. The construction ended about seven years later, on February 5th, 1975. The Western Brutes, a western terrorist organization mainly live in the West of Robloxia, played with the original airstrip, even though it should be owned by the government. This is why protesting happens many times there for the land owner and rights for both brutes and the government.

2000s to now - a beautiful International Airport

As the airport modernization ends, Blox Fruits Island's population was striking high, and a reputation so good on the islands that everyone do not expect, brought back the economy of Robloxia.

Because of the over usage of the original terminal, the government decided to build a second terminal much bigger than the first one. They then expanded the runway reclaimed island to fit two runways and connecting taxiways. A new runway parallel to the original 36L/18R runway was built, with the same length of the original runaway. The original runway was reassigned to 36R/18L. The construction started on March 17, 1996 and completed on August 12th, 2007. The construction took 11 years.

Nowadays, the airport remains operating since 1956, and authorities are planning on a new expansion with a new center runway.
