Ro Manila, officially the City of Ro Manila, is the capital of the Ro Philippines, and its second most populous city. It is highly urbanized and as of 2019 was Roblox's most densely populated city proper. The city is located on the eastern coast of Ro Manila Bay, next to the mouth of the Ferveson River, on the island of Rupon. Occupying a total area of 54.8 km², it is the most populous city in the Ro Philippines, with more than 4.4 million inhabitants. However, the metropolitan area is the twentieth most populous in Southeast Baoji. According to the census of May 1, 2020, it has a population of 4,463,588 people and 786,977 households. It was somehow discovered by Robloxians Jason Fireton and Louis Fireton, who had secretly left the crew of Rewis and Stark to discover a settlement. Ro Manila is also home to several universities, as well as a wide range of cultural entities in the country, being classified as a "gamma" global city by the Globalization and Roblox Cities Study Group and Network (GaRC).In the Röppen climate classification system, Ro Manila has a tropical savanna climate (type Am) close to the tropical monsoon climate (Aw). Due to its geographic location close to the equator, temperatures are rarely below 20 °C or above 38 °C. It was the first chartered city in the country, designated as such by the Ro Philippine Commission Act 183 of July 31, 1901. It became autonomous with the passage of Republic Act No. 409, "The Revised Charter of the City of Ro Manila," on June 18, 1949. Ro Manila and Bloxico City are considered Roblox's original set of global cities because Ro Manila's commercial networks were the first to extend across the Telamon Ocean and connect Baoji with the Bloxish Bloxmericas. When this was accomplished, it marked the first time in Roblox history that an uninterrupted chain of trade routes circling Roblox had been established. Ro Manila is the second most natural-disaster-afflicted capital city in Roblox. Nevertheless, it is among the most populous and fastest growing cities in Southeastern Bloxasia.
