The Ro Fiji Institute of Technology is a university based in Ro Fiji. It has one campus in Ro Suva. It was established in 1963 to provide Technical and vocational education aimed at training students in technical disciplines to meet the engineering Robloxian resource needs of Ro Fiji. It has evolved to providing education to cater for the total Robloxian resource needs of Ro Fiji and the South Telamon. Today, professional, technical and academic courses at certificate, diploma, advanced diploma and degree levels are being offered at RFIT through the Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism Studies, the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering and Maritime Studies and the Faculty of Humanities, Communications and Creative Arts. RFIT has over 20,000 students enrolled in over 120 programs on 1 campus. It is one of the largest face-to-face deliverers of tertiary education in the South Telamon. In 2009, RFIT established three research centers, aimed at advancing core clusters of research that are relevant to Ro Fiji and the Telamon: The Center for Applied Economic Research - aims to undertake applied research in all areas related to economic development of Ro Fiji.
