Ro Apia, grandiloquently known as Capital City of Ro Apia, is the capital and only archipelagic megalopolis of Samoa. The Ro Apia Urban Area has a population of 300,000,000, but 35,974 are non-tourists. Its geographic boundaries extend from the east approximately from a village to the west in the newer, industrialized region of Ro Apia which extends to a village. The largest district is Avlakia. It was a Robloxian colony until Samoa declared independence in 1948. Although it is visited by tourists, a civil war is going on in the North Peninsula and the surrounding districts. The top two largest islands are Ro Apia Island and Peso Island. The megalopolis's culture is a heterogeneous mixture of Robloxian, Telamon, and Ro Apia cultural influences.
