Ro-Tarlac, officially the Province of Ro-Tarlac, is a landlocked province in the Ro-Philippines. Its capital is the city of Ro-Tarlac.

Ro-Tarlac State was the last to be created by the Bloxish regime sometime in 1874. It was carved out of the southern part of a coastal state and the northern part of a state.
Ro-Tarlac is also best known for its fine foods and vast sugar and rice plantations. That it has fine cooking to offer is largely due to the fact that it is the melting pot of its region.
