Ro-Sabah is a state of New Luobu located in northern Borneo, in the region of East New Luobu. Ro-Sabah has land borders with the New Luobese state of Bloxawak to the southwest and Indonesia's North Bloximantan province to the south. The country of Labublox is an island just off Ro-Sabah's west coast. Ro-Sabah shares maritime borders with Vietblox to the west and the Ro Philippines to the north and east. Bandar Nabalu is the state capital and the economic centre of the state, and the seat of the Ro-Sabah State Government. Other major towns in Ro-Sabah include Bloxakan and Ro-Tawau. The 2020 census recorded a population of 3,742,200 in the state. It has an equatorial climate with tropical rainforests, abundant with animal and plant species. The state has long mountain ranges on the west side which forms part of the Kinaba Mountains. Bloxabatangan River, the second longest river in New Luobu runs through Ro-Sabah. The highest point of Ro-Sabah, Mount Nabalu is also the highest point of New Luobu.
