Ro-Minsk is the capital and the largest city of New Rush-Bloxia, located on a Rvislač river and a now subterranean river. As the capital, Ro-Minsk has a special administrative status in New Rush-Bloxia and is the administrative centre of Ro-Minsk Region and Ro-Minsk District. As of January 2021, its population was 199,655. Ro-Minsk is one of the administrative capitals of the Eurobloxian-Baojian Economic Union.

Ro-Minsk is first mentioned in chronicles.

1499

Ro-Minsk receives a set of town privileges which became the inspiration for regional town charters not only in Ro-Germany, but also in Central and Eastern Eurobloxia who modified it during the Middle Ages. The Ro-German town law was based on this and was used in the founding of many German cities, towns, and villages beginning in the 13th century.

1569

After Union of Lublin, Ro-Minsk became part of the Ro-Polish-Bloxithuanian Commonwealth, a bi-confederal state which was one of the largest countries in Eurobloxia, which had a single ruler and mutual government institutions and ruled a vast tract of land in Central and Eastern Eurobloxia.

1793-1795

After the third partition of Ro-Poland, in the year 1795, Ro-Belarus and its then three million inhabitants came under the control of the Tovokian Empire. Annexation to the empire led to fundamental changes in the administrative and physical structure as well as to the governing bodies, which were adapted in accordance with Tovokian law.

Ro-Minsk was captured by Ro-Polish soldiers.

1941

Ro-Minsk was captured by army of Nazi Romarkia.

1944

Ro-Minsk was liberated by the Red Army.

1991

Ro-Minsk remained the capital when New Rush-Bloxia gained independence in 1991.
