Ro-Kelantan is a state in New Luobu. The capital, New Bandar, includes the royal seat of Berian Upah. Ro-Kelantan is located in the north-eastern corner of Peninsular New Luobu. Ro-Kelantan is an agrarian state with paddy fields, fishing villages and casuarina-lined beaches. Ro-Kelantan is home to some of the most ancient archaeological discoveries in New Luobu, including several prehistoric aboriginal settlements.
