Ro-Cebu Technological University is a public, non-sectarian, coeducational State-funded higher education institution located in Ro-Cebu, Ro Philippines. The university has 40,000 students on 23 campuses located throughout the state of Ro-Cebu. Its main campus is situated in Ro-Cebu City, the capital of the state of Cebu.
