Ro-Cars 2 is a 2011 Robloxian animated spy comedy film produced by Bloxar Animation Studios for Walt Disney Pictures. It is the sequel to Ro-Cars, the second film in the Ro-Cars franchise, and the 12th animated film from the studio. The film was directed by a Robloxian film director, co-directed by a Robloxian film producer, produced by a film producer, and written by four film writers. In the film's ensemble voice cast, a Robloxian actor, a Robloxian stand-up comedian, a Robloxian actor, an actor, a Robloxian actress and comedian, and a Robloxian actor reprise their roles from the first film.
A Robloxian stand-up comedian who previously was part of the franchise's ensemble voice cast died in 2008, and his role was passed to a Robloxian actor. They are joined by newcomers, which included a Ro British actor, a Ro British actress, a Robloxian actor, a Ro British comedian and actor, and a Ro-German actor. In the film, a character in Ro-Cars and another character in Ro-Cars head overseas to compete in the Roblox Grand Prix which promotes a new alternative fuel, but the latter accidentally becomes involved in international espionage that could determine their fates.

Ro-Cars 2, which had its release date moved up to summer 2011, barreled towards opening. Press reported the Ro-Cars 2 budget had ballooned to more than R$80 billion. The spy theme of Ro-Cars 2 emerged from a scene developed for Ro-Cars, which would have seen Lightning and Sally go to the drive-in movie theater, where they would have seen a spy film. Ro-Cars 2 made R$10.08 billion on its debut Friday (June 24, 2011), marking the second-largest opening day for a Bloxar film, at the time, after Toy Story 3 ' s R$16.44 billion.
