Rising City is the third-most populous city in the state of Eastern Robloxia. With an estimated population of 1.9 million (as of the 2020 census), it is the fifth-most populous city in the United States of Robloxia.
The area that would become Rising City was first settled by a group of Natchito colonies. Later, Stormburg became a major trading city in the 1700s. During a period of technological boom, Stormburg was renamed Rising City and was viewed as a major center point of technology. However, starting in the 1980s, Rising City's government became corrupt, leading to a fiscal crisis caused by financial scandals and overbuilt infrastructure, negatively affecting the city's influence.
Climate and Geology:
The city sits on the southeastern point of Robloxia with very mild summers and cool winters. The highest summer temperature was 106 F in 2017 and the lowest winter temperature was -16 F, recorded in 2018. It sits on the Cassel-Baszucki Fault line, but it is not as prone to quakes as The Capital, MeepCity. The largest quake recorded there was the Great Stormtopia Quake of 2018, which would have a magnitude of 9.9. The Great Stormtopia Quake had an epicenter in the Bloxian Sea, just southeast of Stormburg and triggered a tsunami which washed away half of the city. The quake was even felt near Roblox City which lies around 582 miles (936 km) (3.34 megastuds )northwest of the city. 56,000 died but no major quake has affected the city ever since.
Suburban area
The suburban area of Jailbreak City is well known for its numerous weapon shops, glider stores, donut shops, and vehicle dealerships ( most famous is the 1M brand ). There are wind farms and water turbines in the rural areas. A river passes by the area and has an indestructible cage designed to arrest criminals and police who have been accused of cheating.
Urban area
The urban area of Jailbreak City is where the most crime occurs. Virtually every place in the town has been reported to be robbed multiple times every day.
Most crime is planned in the criminal base and occasionally the secret agent base. Some crime is planned in the volcano base.
Criticism
Camping cops are criticized in the city by criminals as they prevent them from robbing and escaping. However, the cops have defended this tactic.
In 2018's 80th Bloxy Awards, the city was nominated for categories that it would not normally fit in. The city also won over 10 Bloxy Awards, causing many petitions calling for the judges to be replaced and the Bloxy Awards to be host again.
On August 1, 2018, the city suddenly lost 70,000 citizens due to the 2018 Great Stormtopia Tsunami. Some citizens were quick to celebrate this due to their immense dislike for the city.

The city has 1 bypass (Interblox 27), which is usually not jammed. The city has also 1 highway and 3 freeways, connecting it to cities and towns like Roblox City, TheAmazeman City, Caldera Peak, Boxer457 City and more. It is also connected to Interblox 897.
Stormburg International Airport is the only airport in the city. It is also one of the busiest in Robloxia, with more than 3,000,000 passengers using it yearly. It is situated 24 miles (36 km) ( 129 kilostuds ) away from the city.
The city has a subway link around it, and a rail link to all major towns and cities around Robloxia.
