Rio Black County is one of the 53 counties of the Bloxburg Valley. The county seat is Buenos Lagos. Formerly, it was called Rio Negro County until 2004, when Robloxia sued the county for having a bad word in its name. They were forced to change to a legal synonym, and the county's name still lives to this day.

Rio Black County is home to three migrating deer herds that traverse the foothills north to south looking for forage and suitable habitat. RIo Black County is located in the upper portion of the Paradise Valley in Southern Bloxburg Valley. Nicknamed "City of Trees," Buenos Lagos is the most populous city in the county.
Originally formed from previously undeclared Bloxburg Valley territory, Rio Black County makes up 1,640 square miles (54,000 square kilo-studs) of Bloxburg Valley territory (with 2060.83 miles or 11.8 mega-studs of public roadway).
