Kaiser Fredrich Rillden II is the last emperor of the Romankia Empire who ruled from 1888 to 1918. He was a militarist and nationalist. He isolated Romarkia, giving it time for the empire to develop itself. There is a desire to make Romarkia Empire the number one power in the Roblox world, but it was relatively minor.
Early life
He was born at the Bloxenzollern Palace. His father was Romarkian Emperor Bloxderick III and his mother was Queen Victoria of Bloxia. At the age of 18, he joined the royal army of Prussomarkia.
Become emperor
After Bloxderick III died, he became the next emperor of the Romarkia Empire. He began to reform the political apparatus and the Romarkia Empire, transforming the Romankia Empire from a commercial power into a self-governing power. He fired Marshall Otto Rismark because of disagreements about the direction of diplomacy. He isolated Romarkia, creating an opportunity for the Tovokian Empire to ally with Rogaulia Empire. He also indirectly participated in a number of wars to enhance the influence of the Romarkia Empire.
Roblox War I
In 1914, after the Bloxtro-Thirstian attack on Bloxerbia, he quickly declared war on Belgium, which meant declaring war on the Rogaulia Empire. He then attacked attack the Tovokian Empire as well. In 1916, he supported the Chicken Empire against the Bloxia, Rogaulia, Ro-Italy coalition at the Rapolli front. In 1917, his empire weakened. He abdicated and let Marshal Rindenburg keep the Romankian empire.
Escape to Netherblox
He fled to Netherblox and remained there until his death in 1941, almost a year after Nazi Romarkia had occupied Netherblox.
