Background
Researcher Kelvin was formerly a member of the GFAH before switching to the Insurgency due to better pay and more benefits. He started as a Board Medical Director before switching to a researcher and researched Virus 46, helped procure Insurgent's Salvation, and was the mastermind behind the cloning of Anthony Smith.
It is implied heavily his family is from the Xenonist Union.
Personality
Researcher Lobanov is shown to be sometimes clueless to situations while being fearful of others. He cares for his family. He switched to the Insurgency for the benefits.
