Rainbow Daycare was a daycare center located in Ro-Manila, Ro Phillipines, it opened in 2018 and closed in 2023
It first opened in 2018, the supervisors were Sabine Adlawan and Wayne Pulumbarit
in 2019, The daycare had its first complaint that there were smelly diapers and rotten milk, Sabine noticed this and threw it in the trash, but than, on June 6th 2019, another complaint said that not all corners of the daycare were clean, Parents even noticed a spider web hanging from the celing, on 1st December 2022, inspectors visited the daycare, they said it was fine, but could use more tidy spots
on July 15th 2023, There has been complaints about Sabine and Wayne, they yelled at the children, turned off the baby phone and not putting the children to bed, but throwing them in bed, The Growing Up Agency suspended the daycare for three months, Sabine said at an Roblox News report: "We dont yell at the children that often, its just that we do it whenever they are too noisy"
on 15th August 2023, Wayne and Sabine stopped providing childcare and stopped Rainbow Daycare's operations, the building has been put for sale, photos have been leaked that when you try to come inside now, its just empty
