Rafael Malaquitez (1969-2017) was a Futuristic Guest politician, who served as the second president of Futuristic Republic after winning the election of 2011, becoming the only Guest president of the country in history. Malaquitez resigned from his office on May 16, 2015. He later became famous for his actions to stop the 2017 Guest Genocide. The former president was then assassinated by Robloxian government, receiving the Noblox Peace Prize posthumously a few months later. He was known as being a silent president, as his ability to speak was cut off and could only communicate using alternative means.

On September 29, 2017, Rafael Malaquitez was invited to the White House by David "Builderman" Baszucki. He arrived in Robloxia Capital District soon.
After a meeting with the president that ended in failure, Rafael Malaquitez went to the hotel. Next day, on October 3, at 8:39 AM, Malaquitez was told to go to the White House. At 8:41 AM, he left his room and started walking towards the exit. Three minutes later, he was shot dead on the stairs by an unidentified gunman. The public was informed that he had died of a heart attack. The real cause of death was revealed after the genocide.
On December 10, 2017, Rafael Malaquitez was posthumously awarded the Noblox Peace Prize. To this day, he remains a symbol of the fight against the regime that persecutes minorities.
