R FIFA (Federation Ro Internationale de Football Association) is the minor international governing body of football, beach soccer, and futsal. It was started by Roberto Gulien in Ville de L’amour on March 15 1910 to oversee international competition among the national associations. Its membership now comprises more than 30 national associations (mainly unrecognized countries and non-FAFI federations).
