Special Containment Procedures
RSCP-115 is to be put in Site-██ at Secured Locker Containment 8B. Accordance to Protocol for the R5 Council's Protection, no fewer than two-Armed Alpha-1 Operatives are to be stationed at said locker and shift changes are to be swapped at a Random Interval.
When required for testing, Foundation Personal involved in the test requires at least Level 5 Clearance to be granted approval for testing. Should said personal found with insufficient clearance are subjected to the Council's Verdict to determine if personal is required to serve a mandatory 72 Hour D-Class Service or ███████████ without any further decisions.
If Worn by Non R5 Personal, subject is to be monitored by Lamba-5 which specialize in cursed equipment. Else, Alpha-1 will proceed as instructed.
In the event of a Unauthorized Personal escaping with RSCP-115, Lamba-5 is to be enroute to terminate said personal before they reach the nearest checkpoint. Should they manage to leave the site, a search team is required to track and find the RSCP in a 48 Hour Window.
Description
First found a year prior to R5-6's new Organisation Project, Object resembles a Demonic Dog Collar with Neo-Japanese writing over the leather type collar. The Collar is made with Century Type Leather found in Common Waist Belts, and inspections reveal that the said RSCP Object does not show any sign of age and sign of corrosion.
The Collar has a gold type bell found on common collar bells used on Dogs, as the test shown on the collar bell reveals that signs of Anomalous Activity is found within the bell and is only emitted when worn.
When worn by a subject, they won't feel the abilities straight away, as there is a 15 Minute waiting period before effects starts working, after said 15 minutes, the following will happen:
- Subject will face immediate headaches as said RSCP prepares to emit their Anomalous Power
- The Collar Latches on the Subject's neck making it impossible to remove as a hood start to manifest and cover the user's hair and forehead
- A Metal Purple Mask will also manifest as they cover the user's face fully
Timing for the effects to fully manifest on said subject can range from within 45 Minutes to 1 Hour, as they manifest into RSCP-115-1 "Slancedevance".
Removal of the Collar is proven to be Difficult without further restraint of subject where they must remove the Purple Mask and the Collar to remove the Effects.
Addendum 115-00 "Slancedevance and R5-6"
R5-6 has once accidentally worn the collar on April 1st █████, on request of R5-7. Test has reveal the Metal mask contains a Gag-Like contraption silencing their victims as they are unable to talk as their normal voice but communicate through thoughts and mouth movement, which it is converted into voice by using a lookalike Voice Box.
