RSCP-107

Special Containment Procedure

RSCP-107 samples have been deemed Class V extreme biological hazards, and all related protocols apply. Incineration and irradiation measures will be deployed in the event of any action in relation of the governmental or military, which may result in the facility being dismantled; a power failure; or zero communications from operatives or outside channels during any given eight-hour period.

The quarantine period for operatives leaving the facility is four months. If a breach has occurred, incineration and irradiation measures shall be deployed. It should be the policy of all G2 sites to not prepare an evacuation procedure.

If any personnel were infected with RSCP-107, medical assistance is highly non-advisable and said infected is to be terminated before Stage 2 on-set symptoms develop, without delay.

Description

RSCP-107 is a complex prion, samples of which are stored in each of the known G2 sites. Research into RSCP-107 is highly classified and primarily aimed at preventing research which may lead to the synthesis of RSCP-107 in the distant future. Traits of the RSCP-107 prion include:

• 100% infectiousness.
• 100% lethality.
• Transmission through any Robloxian related membrane or fluids
• Not airborne or waterborne.

Symptoms of infection with RSCP-107 manifest no more than three hours after exposure, and include:

• Flu-like symptoms with high fever, plus severe memory lost in later stages.
• Coma onset approximately 20 hours after first symptoms appear and 12 hours after noticeable memory lost. Coma onset will be considered onset of death.
• A period of sporadic cellular necrosis occurs which comes to resemble gangrene. Surviving tissue assumes its original function and is highly resilient.
• Red blood cells greatly increase oxygen storage capacity, resulting in slower blood flow and increased muscle endurance and strength.
• Nervous and muscular systems are unaffected by total organ failure for several hours.
• Metabolism may decrease to extremely low levels, allowing subject to survive for over 10 years without nutrition.
• High blood viscosity results in negligible blood flow from gunshot, puncture, and slashing injuries.
• Conditioned behavior, motor controls, and instinctive behavioral mechanisms are severely damaged, and cognitive abilities are severely declined^[1] and erratic. Testing subjects and Animals experience excessive brain necrosis and are inactive.
• Subject can adapt to its damaged nervous systems but is limited to basic physical activities, including standing up, balancing on two legs, walking, biting, grabbing, and crawling. Subject will energetically move towards sights, sounds, and smells it associates with living humans. Subject will attempt to ingest living humans if physical contact is made.
• Neutralizing fully infected subjects requires either a significant cranial or amygdala trama.

There is strong evidence to suggest RSCP-107 itself did not form naturally on Roblox, since variants of similar complexity would have displaced much of the ecosystem. In 1959, a short collaborative effort with the Tovokian Union to locate G2 sites and eliminate RSCP-107 was negotiated following their discovery. The status of RSCP-107 in Tovokian Federation custody since collaboration ended is unknown.

Currently there are three (3) stages of the RSCP-107 infection as of now, currently classified accordingly;

• Stage 1, classified as RSCP-107-1A, is the onset of symptoms post exposure to RSCP-107. Symptoms include flu-like symptoms (ex: High-Fever) and Memory lost. Further analysis reveal that Stage 1 infected can also develop abnormal behaviour (Twitching, Breathing Abnormally, and in several cases; redness in the eye)
• Stage 2, classified as RSCP-107-1B, is the death of a subject caused by RSCP-107. Symptoms that are mostly common is coma (approx. 20 hours; death) and severe memory lost (approx. 12 hours; pre-death).
• Stage 3, classified as RSCP-107-1C and RSCP-107-1, is the reanimation of a subject infected by RSCP-107.

Addendum Log

Addendum 107-00: Possible Explanation

It is said that RSCP-107 only attack Robloxians that came into contact with the specimen, and it is reported that some Archon RSCPs are capable of healing the infected instances. However, in Foundation simulated models, Archon RSCPs were unable to heal any subjects that were in Stage 3.

Addendum 107-01: Outbreak during Tovokian Federation's Containment

At 2:04 A.M, the glass vials broke as a result of a researcher bearing an unauthorized firearm and discharging it at the canister, causing the RSCP-107 prion to leak and breach containment. Said researcher inhaled the gas and was diagnosed with the Furr Infection though appear to seem fine. Three (3) days later, the said researcher attacked twenty (20) RSCP Foundation personnel, then masticated on their corpses. All personnel were notified of this attack and were evacuated to the on-site breach shelter. Eventually, the infected crowd of RSCP-107 entered the breach shelter. The warheads were launched on the site, causing the site to cease to exist. However unexpectedly, the gas to become airborne and mutated fortunately to a "less fatal" variant of the infection. It is now less likely that Stage 3 would occur.

At 4:01 P.M, Operation [REDACTED] was put into action and RSCP-107 was contained at the newly built Site-08. All infected were sent to an incinerator room.
